“We checked in for around 2 hours but found that there was no lift service. What's worse was no water supply in the room. We needed a shower after 13 flight hours before we dressed up to my daughter' s graduation service in the evening. We went downstairs to seek help. After some time, the staff told us the problems were caused by the hotel renovation and sent us to the Grand Hotel nearby to solve our problem. The staff were helpful. I went back to thank the staff the following morning.”
