Excellent Japanese breakfast and dinner, room was spacious, comfortable and had a fantastic view overlooking Lake Kawaguchi from the balcony. Beautiful park at the hotel's doorstep which offered fantastic views of Mount Fuji. Staff were polite, helpful and offered a great service. Thoroughly enjoyed the food during our stay.

Great location, within walking distance to local attractions. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff were polite and helpful. There is complimentary breakfast and free bottled water on request.

There is neither an electric kettle nor provision of coffee or tea in the room, so unable to have hot beverages while in the room. Beverages need to be bought from the cafe downstairs or nearby convenience stores. Staff are polite and helpful but lack interaction.

I thought the location would be better, the room is small but acceptable for one person. The small window is opaque, you cannot see outside and it is somewhat claustrophobic. In this case, when I arrived I found the breakfast area under construction, no one told me before arriving, and the disappointment was brutal. In exchange they served a ridiculous box.

No toilet cover. Gems will spread. Unacceptable! Wifi password is shown on tv after pressing many buttons. You could have used paper to show the password.
