While the hotel doesn't have laundry service, they still help provide locations that were near the hotel that allow coins or credit cards.

The hotel service and location was great for being close to the train and Akihabara. In addition the staff was polite and were very helpful towards visitors and guests alike.

Stayed already several times here. I like APA Hotels, reasonable prices and mostly good standard for single/business travellers.

For long stay customers maybe vacuum the carpet floor every week , it was pretty dirty after a month of sleeping/snacking/eating in the room.The TV would turn on whenever you enter and play some demeaning video's for foreigners.

There is only one elevator for a big 14 floors hotel, so the waiting times at rush hours can be a bit long. There is no laundry room at the hotel. The mattress was not as confortable as un other hotels from the chain and there was some dust on the surfaces. The hotel is right next to a big boulevard, so it can sometimes be noisy at night.

The location was great, very close to Akihabara station. The staff was very helpful during check in and check out.

Hotel is located next to a busy main road and elevated highway. My room on the 4th floor had significant road noise even late at night. There’s also only a single elevator with no stairs access.

Good location, only 500m away from Akihabara Station. Rooms while small are clean and well equipped. Dedicated WiFi connections for each room. Overall good value for money.

No early check in and there are extra charges for late check out. The elevator was very bad , had to wait more then 15 mins just to go ground floor, no stairs access.

The window was sealed. This was very bad for me cause we couldn't get some fresh air in. The only way was to open the door. Moreover,for light sleepers ,my room at least,was noisy at nights. Every vehicle crossing the road was annoying for me.

There was a lot of noise at night due to the close proximity to an arterial road. (I'm sure this would be fine if you're accustomed to natural city noises prior to the stay)

Very friendly staff with good English. The room had everything I needed - perfectly cosy. It was also an added bonus that I could store my luggage for free before check-in.

The double person rooms are rather small, even for one person alone (difficult to open a luggage). The bathroom is also small but it is the case almost everywhere in Japan. The insulation is not great, you can hear the cars, train and people outside.

It is very well located, not even 10 minutes from a JR station close to the city center. Clean and comfortable rooms.

There was no laundry service in the hotel.

The staff's English was really good! They were accommodating and friendly. The beds were soft and comfy, I didn't feel like the bed was too firm which was perfect. The room wasn't too small compared to other Japanese hotels I've stayed at.

Lack of closets or shelves in the room makes unpacking impossible

One staff insisted on talking English with me even though my Japanese was good enough for the situation. If he had asked me to switch, I wouldn't have minded, but the straight assumption that I can talk English better irks me. Everything else was mostly fine, I wish for a toilet brush to clean the toilet myself instead of waiting for the next day for staff to come around. But that doesn't seem too common in Japanese hotels in general (?). Location is a tiny bit too far off Akihabara and station but still manageable.

The room was spacious and clean, the bed very comfy, I liked the furniture and TV, amenities were good, shower was nice.

Rooms were little small compared to to other hotels I stayed in Japan . But it’s APA CHAIN hotels so the cost wise , it’s very good .

The only elevator, too slow and crowded due to the number of floors and guests.

I think the best idea to solve the space problem in the APA hotels was the bed I found here, which allows you to leave large suitcases under the bed. That gives us more space. The rest is typical of what I expect from any APA hotel, cleanliness, well equipped, an adequate bathroom and excellent value for money. A nice touch to receive a complimentary gift on arrival

Small room obviously, doesnt feel overly clean but that comes with the price i guess. No stairs, only 1 elevator.

Price is really reasonable, very close to akihabara and whatever line of train you need
