If you choose Breakfast, there're 2 choices, JPN and western, I tried the JPN, it is a ootaya shop connected to the hotel . The ootoya shop staff are really bad, poker face and not nice to the customer at all !!! when we, foreigner, walked to the shop with breakfast coupon, they made a yucky face and seems like don't want to service. If the hotel management team found my comment, please improve in this point and please noted that the breakfast restaurant staff acted not good to your customer.

the hotel location is very good, very close to the train station but in the raining and windy situation, it's also still difficult to walk, staff is good. The hotel link to family mart which is very convenience.

Awesome location, just a couple of minutes walk from exit 7 of Shimbashi station, walking distance from Ginza. There are numerous eateries nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful. We can grab our own toiletries supplies from the front desk, including bath salt, hair wax and face mask. The room was a little small, but that's typical of rooms in Tokyo.

My room was facing the train station and it was a little loud at times- I’m not a light sleeper so it wasn’t a deal breaker for me but for those that are light sleepers it’s something to take into consideration. Also as a vegetarian I didn’t have much options for breakfast- so I can’t recommend the breakfast for vegetarians or vegans (you could get a voucher for the ‘family mart’ which is on the ground floor of the hotel, I just don’t think it’s a good reason to book the breakfast in advance.

Good location close to the metro and JR lines. Family Mart was on the first floor which was very convenient to get snacks or food. Free toiletries and luggage storage. Clean drinking water in the room. Friendly staff.

- Could use more laundry machines as it is a bit difficult to maneuver times with other hotel clients that use 2 hour option - Close to trains so it can be noisy (However, room has decent sound insulation) - Rooms were a bit small

If you are a light sleeper then the train might keep you up. I think this should be explained in the advert so people are aware before booking.

Location was excellent. 5 minute walk to the train station which will take you anywhere you want to go. Good area for restaurants and nightlife. Hotel staff and room cleaners did a fantastic job, thank you. Family Mart is down on the ground floor so perfect for snacks and drinks. Definitely would stay again.

Standard rooms are small (by Western standards), but perfectly fine if you just need somewhere to sleep and freshen up.

Great place for somewhere to stay near this part of Tokyo. Right next to the station, so easy to find your way around. Choice of Western (Lads de wine) or Japanese restaurants for breakfast (no need to pre-book, just turn up and pay). Very clean and quiet in the hotel. It is next to the railway, so you can hear the trains in the morning - but sound insulation is decent.

Not having any breakfast for western european tastes Lads bar next door was poor quality so we used Lawsons and bought our breakfast in there i have stayed at other fresa inns all over japan and the breakfasts were very good maybe this is just a odd one out
