Location was close to the train station, fast food restaurants and convenience stores. Osaka Castle park is about a 10 minute walk away, which was great for daytime or night time walks. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom facilities were great. TV has internet capabilities (Netflix and YouTube).

The location was near Osaka Castle (>5min walk) there was a 7-eleven nearby. the nearest metro was also less then 5 min away and had easy acces to all kinds of other lines.

No proper seating in Reception area. We arrived on a rainy day and wanted to rest in the hotel until check in time but there was no sofa or quiet area to rest except for 3 dining chairs by the lifts surrounded by suitcases.

Convenient location in quieter part of Osaka, 3 minutes walk to Tanimachyonchome Station and 7 Eleven and short walking distance to Osaka Castle in the opposite direction. Breakfast was a good mix of Japanese and Western food.

Roomed seemed somewhat dusty, but nothing unreasonable. There is an air filter / humidifier in the room although without English instructions for how to operate the settings.

Close to the train station exit, also walking distance from Osaka Castle. Amenities are provided on the ground floor (e.g. tooth brushes, facial wash, shavers, coffee/tea, etc.)

The location is good, less than one minute walking distance from the metro station. The staff are helpful and polite. And the staff of the housekeeping work hard to keep the room clean. The room is clean and comfortable.

The front desk was friendly and there was also people there. The location is a bit of a distance from the JR station but very close to Osaka Castle. The room was decent size. It was nice that room cleaning was offered every day.

140-cm bed next to a wall is not really comfortable for two persons, but we knew (or expected) this already when we booked (it was alright overall). We considered using the laundry service, but it was very overpriced, so we used one of the very convenient laundry shops in the area (about a 20 minute walk).

Nice staff and friendly athmosphere. Calm, clean, perfect for what we were looking for. Located close to Osaka castle and convenient to reach from Osaka station / Umeda. We enjoyed it!

Getting proper sleep was very tough, because the matress was hard as rock. It was only slightly more comfortable than just sleeping on the floor.

Great location, right next to a subway station and a supermarket. Has all the necessary amenities and even provides a laundry service.

Not a knock against the hotel but we frequented the Dontobori area so the hike back from the bars was a minute but we knew that booking it just keep it in mind if you plan to to do that. If you're not a bar person then it's great location for Osaka castle and right next to the Chuo line which is nice for getting around Osaka.

Amazing staff and facilities the rooms were immaculate and true to pictures. Everything you could need they had.
