Staff were friendly and provided clear instructions about a late check in due to a flight delay. The room and the public areas were kept very clean. The breakfast was reasonable with a decent continental selection of fruit, cold meats, bread and pastries, accompanied by a cooked option of scrambled eggs, sausage/bacon. An air conditioning unit had been recently fitted to the room - which would be essential in the hotter summer months.

The room was clean and functional but the building in general is in need of refurbishment and, in places, general repair. During our stay there was no bar/restaurant available outside breakfast hours and no tea/coffee facilities were provided in the room. The building is more like a conference centre with rooms for delegates as opposed to a purpose built hotel - giving the impression of a previous life as an educational or religious establishment. The furniture in the rooms is dated and in need of replacement or updating. The walls are bare and a tiny TV is situated up near the ceiling. In the bathroom the decor and facilities are equally dated and in need of upgrading. Although we stayed for 4 nights, apart from sleeping, we spent little time in the hotel. To be honest there was nothing in the hotel or our room to encourage us to spend any more time there. There was no safe in the room, but a very limited number of safe boxes are available at reception. We were fortunate to secure one for the duration of our stay. Due to the construction of the building noise from the wide corridors travels along the passageways and is quite noticeable in the bedroom.

Superb location, right in the middle of the new town and the old town. The facilities are excellent. The pool area is great to relax. The rooms were serviced everyday and were immaculately clean. Taxis were close by. Supermarket is a 2 minute walk away. Has everything you need. Would recommend it to anyone! I would definitely stay there again.

Shower was splashed to the bathroom floor, and carpet is mot enough to soak water on the bathroom floor. Maybe floor towel could be better.

The room is quite small, but sufficient if you are going to spend most of your time outside. The lock in the room didn't work well.
