Doesn't look like a hostel so look for number 66, green metal door, and ring the bell. Common area is locked overnight so if you have an early start there's no access to your fridge food nor is there a sitting area until that inner door is unlocked. Noisy, squeaking beds. I realise that Lisbon and Portugal are no longer as inexpensive as they once were but this is an expensive hostel with facilities you would expect in a cheaper place.

Location is great for public transport. Small but useful kitchen with fridges and microwave.

It's terribly noisy, the door of the room cannot be closed (even the wind could open and close it). The receptionists don't speak any English. The toilets and the showers were yellow from dirt. My mattress was like 6 cm thick, my back hurts since sleeping on it. The other beds had normal mattresses, so it is a game of chance I guess :D oh and my locker was nailed shut so I had to swap mine with a guy who fortunately didn't use his.

The socket was working, so that's a plus, and the courtain provided a sense of privacy to my misery.

The hostel was not well mapped on Google, and it was not well signed outside the hostel. Staff came across slightly rude and rough and not very welcoming. You could hear them shouting at other staff and members staying at the hostel. Rooms were a good size, and the beds were standard for a hostel. Lots of noise at night from people arriving and leaving. I'd rather not talk about the state of the showers, but I'd be very seen as much mould before. It did the job, but there may be better choices around, and it it is a humbling experience when compared to other hostels I've stayed in for the same price.

The location was good and was a reasonable price for my stay.

I got eaten alive with bed bugs. I stayed three nights and my arms and legs were covered with bites. Had to take all of my clothes and even backpack to the laundry to be washed and dried.

The staff was very friendly. There were plenty of bathroom/showers. The room I was in had great ventilation.

not decent common area, they don't store luggage for some time after check-out, and the access stairs to the rooms are very steep. If you have knee problems beware.

The place is well located, just 25min walking to the Palacio do Comercio, Chiado and 15min from Feira da Ladra. Nice coffes places and restaurante near by. Despite the great location, the building is beside the St Apolonia Station, and the trafic is so intense any time og the day or night. It is so noisy that you may not have a goog nigjht sleep. The toilets smells terrible and not decent clean, also the privacy does not exist. I would not go back. The lady at the reception is nice and I know she tried her best to make the guests welcome, but in general, I do not recomend it.

The entrance is very difficult to find. We have looked around the entrance for 30mins and luckily we found the staff going out to clean. I don’t know why the main entrance was closed.

It is actually hard to say that staff is kind to guests but we were satisfied with the service overall.

No sockets near bed but was a picture drawing of one 😂😂 had to use a neighbours and luckily they were not in the room so i could recharge. Facilities are basic so i think the price is a bit steep in comparison to other places ive stayed across major citites in Europe.

Location. I came via Santa Apolonia so it was perfect across the road, as i was heading back to the airport same evening. Beds were ok, i just needed to rest a little b4 my flight..sheets clean. Small lockers, need your own lock as normal for most hostels. Quiet

When I cane into the room, I didn't had a pillow to sleep, and the staff was gone so I had to sleep without one, also when I came in there was clothes on my bed. We were charged 5€ for a locker that broke on the second time we used it. The toilet wasn't clean, and the whole place stink a lot. Also there could be some sockets on the room. The pictures on the website can fool you.

i think that it was a bittle lit exprensive for the kvality they have, but woman on reception was pretty nice:)

there are three separate bathroom, so however there were many people, it was no problem to go to the toilet or take a shower, so it was pretty nice.
