All rooms are part of a larger apartment and since the walls are rather thin, you can hear a lot of noise from other rooms and the hallway. We could not leave our luggage at the flat before the check-in time, which is completely fair, though quite common in other accommodation facilities these days. Rooms are quite small but sufficient if you are planning on being out and about during the day.

Great location with easy access to tourist attractions on foot or by public transport. Very responsive staff - we had some issues with our window shutter and it was fixed on the same day.

Good and safe location and easily accessible by metro. The size of the room was small but it was comfortable. The staff was very responsive even though the interaction was only through emails. The common area had all the amenities.

We really didnt like the apartment for vacation. We stayed in Portugal at 3 different place and the other places was better, more better. This place is so small, wc is near to bed, there is no private space. At the morning was so loud - Construction work was carried out opposite the windows. There was not enough cooling AC, only portable AC.

Great location, next to Gloria tram, down the Barrio alto and the city centre. The staff was replying your message promptly, however, the clean is something the property needs to get better. We found hair in the toilet and linen, some kind of brown marks in the toilet and mark in the “ headboard” bed. The issue with the toilet block was resolve but the rest of the things no. I hope the property improve the cleaning because it is have a lot of potential as per location.

The accommodation was extremely small. The accommodation did not have a kettle or a glass to drink from. There was a sign on the toilet to flush carefully, instead of repairing the mechanism. There was mold in the shower. But the worst thing was the faucet in the bathroom. It is very small and close to the edge of the sink, so when you wash your hands, half of the water flows out of the sink onto a wooden board that is moldy around the faucet. The accommodation needs to be thoroughly cleaned and repaired.

The location of this accommodation was excellent. The tram, metro, and train station were all very close. Tram 28 ends nearby. The center is also very close. If you are only focused on the location of the place and are looking for relatively affordable accommodation where you just want to sleep, then it is a good value for money.

TOO MANY EMAILS to remind the online check in and the taxes to pay. Literally 2/3 per weeks. No tents, with carpenters in front of the room working since 8.00am.

The room was super small more than has been showed on the pictures. There was always a bad odour coming from the bathroom and a bit noisy.

The city text and registration need to be fulfilled and pay separately. It was a bit strange for me in the beginning but then it’s all fine since it’s self check in. The bathroom has no window in our room (room D) so it has a very humid smell all the time during our stay. We tried to put the fan in the shower but not really helping too much.

There’s free washing machine and dryer to use. Although we figured out in the last day and not possible to use it is still very nice. Our shower room door broke in the last night before check out. The team responses kind of quick.(wrote at 23 and answered at 14 the next day) The location is very good. The center is in the walking distance.

The pictures are only accurate for some of the rooms. We got put into a small room (room 6)with only one window, no table, no desk, and space to put any clothes or luggage. The bed took up 90% of the room space. We saw the other rooms and they were noticeably larger and looked like the pictures for the room we booked. The room did not have a heater or air conditioning, and there was nowhere to dry clothes even though there is a washing machine. The bathroom doesn’t have a window, so the room stayed super damp even with the window open. No forks in the kitchen or towels to dry dishes after you clean them. The cleaning staff moved our stuff (toiletries, clothes, electronics) to different places in the room. The rooms are not soundproof. Small/flat pillows (and only two). Only two-hour window to check in.

Amazing location. Wonderful shower (two heads and room for two people). Fresh towels and swept floor every day. Microwave, fridge, and washing machine in the shared kitchen. Comfortable bed. Netflix on the TV.

Construction right across the street, so I hope you like getting up early! Would be too small for two people, even a couple-there’s simply not enough room to move about. Not a bed and breakfast although it is listed as such on some websites. Some of the public facilities (kitchen) were broken. In many ways this felt like a pensioner without the included breakfast.

Very clean. Host was present every day, and very friendly. Good location near several metro stops (and if you get lost you can simply look for the funicular). Very comfortable bed. Enough room for one person.
