I felt cold in the property, there was one small heater which was not enough for this big room. The rest was perfect.

Very cozy place situated not far from the main bustling street on Bolhão. The staff was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The rooms are large, so that's a big plus. The place also has a cute little garden in the back where you can relax and you can leave your stuff in a separate room after you check out to enjoy the remaining time you have in Porto. All in all, I really enjoyed my stay.

It had everything that was listed. Very warm shower, warm blankets. The communication was smooth with the host and he came in the middle of the night to let us in after we locked ourselves out of the building and was very kind and helpful about it. Thank you so much again!

The room is big but a big old. In the bathroom the shower-curtain is not clean. The heating is only a small electric heater, doesn’t givs warm for the all room.

The shower walls had lots of stains...need a deep cleaning as well as the curtain. We're assigned to a room that was in the attic and having to use the stairs with the baggage was hard 🥵 be aware of this if you have mobility limitations

There were ants in the room, not too much but a little bit bother. The hanger were in the shower; it was a bit confusing.

The towels didn’t smell good. There is a lot of mold on the walls and floor in the shower. Not enough space to put the stuff. The description on booking said that slippers are provided. But it’s not true. We had to walk on the floor in our socks; the floors were dirty. From 7 am there was a lot of noise in the kitchen, which made it very difficult to sleep.

The owners were very kind. When we entered the hotel, he told us where we could visit in Porto. Our room and general areas were very clean. They helped us when we said we wanted to leave our belongings and go sightseeing on the day we were leaving. Overall we liked it very much and recommend it

The stairs to the room were steep and the water pressure of the shower was a little weak.

I stayed in a rooftop room with a double bed, a single bed and a private bathroom. It's very quiet, clean and the reception was really nice. There is no elevator, but the cost-effectiveness couldn't be better. This house is not in the middle of the city, but the location is good enough. You can reach anywhere on foot.
