Spacious, very comfortable room that was incredibly well equipped (washing machine with dryer, free laundry detergent, plenty of amenities including tea, drip coffee, bathroom robes, slippers, toothbrush and paste, razor… all you can think of). All that for reasonable money - fantastic value for money.

It would have been 10/10 if not the poor design of the checkin process that overall (on-line + on site) took 30mins instead of 5. I’ve done everything I was asked for in advance - i.e. filled out the on-line checkin questionnaire before coming to the hotel and still had to deal with the messed up, clunky app on the tablet in the lobby. The passport photos I uploaded on-line were misplaced (mixed up between group members), the form asked for home address details for all 4 of us, with no option to use one detail set for all and you could not see what you put in since what I typed in Latin alphabet came out in Japanese in the form. Ah yes - and all guests needed to sign on screen, even my 8 and 6 year old kids… pure nonsense. To the hotel owner - please hire an UX specialist ASAP and fix the process.

The location was perfectly in the middle for us from different stations and the main train station. Walking distance from Dotonbori was about 15-20 min walk which isn't bad. The staff was responsive, kind, and helpful whenever we needed assistance.

The only thing I didn't like about this location is that the beds are really hard. Recommend asking for an extra pillow when you get there.

1. The hotel room is bigger than those of a common business hotel in Japan, and it has a small round table and a small sofa in addition to the desk and chair. 2. The breakfast has Vietnamese noodles and there is a 7-11 at the 1F of the building.

Nothing special dislike.

1. The hotel is near Shiba Daimon, Zojo-ji, and Tokyo Tower. Easy for accessing those sightseeing spots. 2. There is Starbucks under the hotel building, and there are lots of dining places around it.

1. The room is a little bit small for opening a big suitcase although this is common for most of the business hotels in Japan.

Great place to stay but breakfast is a serious let down. Otherwise place was superb!

Breakfast was tiny. Breakfast was changed a week before we arrived to this new very small format which felt cheeky as we had already paid.

It was a cold breakfast bento style that I ended up not eating, not suit my taste. There were some scratches on the wall but it doesn't matter to me much.

No toilet cover. Gems will spread. Unacceptable! Wifi password is shown on tv after pressing many buttons. You could have used paper to show the password.
