Bed a little hard, it wasn't comfortable at all.

The free ramen and udon are a really good idea, besides the free coffee in the lounge area. Close to various metro stations and with a lot of restaurants around.

The beds were a little firm for my liking and there was only one pillow for each. It was recommended to check in online before arrival and I received a large number of message reminders to do so even after completing pre check-in.

The location was decent with plenty of eating spots and convenience stores nearby, Also, for being located on a main road it wasn’t too noisy. The reception area had plenty of amenities for those who travel light.

The only thing I didn't like about this location is that the beds are really hard. Recommend asking for an extra pillow when you get there.

The location was perfectly in the middle for us from different stations and the main train station. Walking distance from Dotonbori was about 15-20 min walk which isn't bad. The staff was responsive, kind, and helpful whenever we needed assistance.

The room and washroom were really small we were able to fit but I don't a 6' person would fit. The bed too was small in height.

The hotel location was good. 7 eleven and metro is close by. Staff is friendly. You get free coffee in the morning and udon noodles in the evening. The beds were comfortable. We took a bunk bed room and there is a side light for night readers and charger slot too.

I prefered one bed instead of 2 big 1persons bed. It was very cosy together in one bed because we needed the other bed for our bags because there was no space on the floor. One large bed could safe space and would give a bit more comfort.

Our room was a bit small but otherwise everything was perfect.

This hotel was clean and I felt safe. It had a nice feeling, great amenatities and the staff were very polite and kind. The location was excellent, super close to the areas of Shinsaibashisuji and Dotonbari. So many restaurants and streets nearby to check out on foot.

There was a small room for laundry that was constantly in use, so we didn't have a chance to use it. The beds were the hardest we had in our whole trip and the pillows were not great, even when we asked for another set, it was very uncomfortable. I didn't love the combined shower/sink set and the water sprayed everywhere from the shower.

The location was convenient to a few trains to get around the city, short walking distance to Dotonbori area, with some great restaurants nearby. The hotel itself was just a place to stay. The staff were very helpful when we had questions too.

No English staying the hot water was hot even when I’m cold! I burnt myself. The writing was small on the handle of the tap. No cold water in room, heating system is throughout the hotel so hot.

Great hotel. Very clean room very good service by the staff. The breakfast was hot every morning with free coffee all day. About a 15-20 minute walk to dotonburi but it is walk able and close to several subway stations. Lots of good food places to eat in nearby. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were not.

The hotel is like a luxury private hostel. Rooms and bathrooms were tiny, but this is part of the Japanese experience. Everything was really clean and the location was fantastic! Walking distance for sightseeing and leisure in Osaka and an easy train ride to neighbouring cities such as Kobe, Kyoto and Nara. Lovely cafes and restaurants nearby and staff were lovely, spoke good English and very foreigner friendly. A staff member named Jessica went above and beyond to book a reservation at a beautiful restaurant near Osaka castle, which was extremely helpful.

Room was small but being a westerner I am accustomed to larger rooms with space. Bathroom was a little cramped for a bigger dude but i managed.

The breakfast was excellent, the staff was very helpful and friendly. Having washers and dryers was very helpful and the location was central to most we wanted to do in Osaka.
