Only problem , there are only two shower rooms for male.... With mainly guys staying there + most people want to shower at similar times, we often had to queue and wait to get showered.

I didn't realize we'd be hiking up 5 flights of stairs 😅 there's no elevator, so if you have lots of luggage then just know you might get stuck on the 5th floor and it's a lot to carry up and down. Also, the bunk beds at either end of the room are really close together—it can be challenging to get in and out. Showers and kitchen/lounge space are only on the 2nd floor, so you'll be going up and down for that as well.

The space was clean and the beds were comfy. Great environment, everyone was really friendly. The rooftop was great!

Unfortunately there was no elevator. Better for backpackers or people with small and lighter luggages.

The dorms were a little bit tight and stairs are quite narrow and steep so just be conscious if travelling with big luggage but was easily manageable.

Communication was really clear and helpful, especially as we arrived late at night and the self check in process was easy and smooth! The beds were comfy and showers are awesome! It’s easy to get anywhere using the station nearby.

The hostel is on several floors - there are steep narrow stairs leading to dormitories. To access showers you have to walk down a floor or two. Also I think the ventilation could be better

Just a bit annoying to live with other people, cause they are very loud and they don't care about others. But otherwise everything is great. It's nice to meet some new people too, but some of them came back room really late and loud af. Also.. if you got a heavy siuitcase and you live on the 4th or 5th floor.. they don't have elevator LOL.

I like the location and the people who work there are super friendly. equipments and rooms are also pretty nice.

Won't say that the facilities were amazing. But they were there and in working order. Which for the price I honestly did not 100% expect. And while I didn't go over with the "military white silk glove" everything looked clean. The first rental towel being free was a welcome bonus as i had somehow forgotten to pack my own. Communal fridge (use at own risk as it is not locked/guarded) and a small cooking corner was nice to see, though I did not have time to use it.

There are 2(!) showers for all females and 2 for the males. I didn't think it would work but I've never had to wait in the morning! I still don't know how it's possible considering there are 3 floors with 24 people per floor. As is normal with so many people sometimes it's a bit louder because of conversations in the room or someone packing their things and there might be heavy snoring by some guests. Bring your earplugs and you'll be fine!

It was an experience. We really liked the ventilation in the room, that's not always the case in pod Hostels. I liked the upper bed more because of the good vents. Metro and JR Train Station are just around the corner. Toilet on the same floor, showers were on the first floor The space is limited but manageable. The pod also has a little storage unit with a lock inside.

No elevator, each floor only has 2 toilets (1 for male, 1 for female), the showers are only available on the 2nd floor (the common floor).

Perfect position, really well connected to the city and the airports, the staff is really kind, the "capsule bed" was really comfortable and well isolated, bathroom well furnished, nice common area with kitchenet and laundry and on the rooftop there's a smoking area.

Top of stairwells dirty and crowded with slippers and people's shoes. Had to step over them. Late check-in, they left me key but didn't provide me with the password for wifi, so I had no wifi for the night I was there.I found the bathroom for male and female washrooms at the end of hallway but couldn't find the showers. Also, there was no lighting in the dorms at night to find your bed number, so I had to use my phone light.

Just outside the metro station and close to Tokyo station. Small bar/ restaurant to get some breakfast in the morning.

The dorm room was very compact, it was hot with no windows or natural light. It made getting ready for the day and packing up difficult and inconvenient for others. The top bunk was awkward to get in and out and was open air so you could see other people’s lights easily. The lights for the rooms come at 11am and off at 11pm which for me was too late. The communal area is very small.

The location was perfectly places between 2 stations, bus stops, 7/11, Lawson and restaurants. Check in process was easy and nice to leave your luggage before check in hours. I liked that they provided body wash, shampoo, conditioner, a hairdryer, a safe box, coat hangers and a charging port in the beds.

Beds were not that confortables

Amazing staff (their pastas are so great), the place was very clean and lively, and near a lot of subways or within walking distance of a lot of interesting areas such as Asakusa, Akihabara and so on. Will definitely come back before returning to my country.
