The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.

After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

The studio was brand new, and included all necessary amenities. The shower had hot water always, and an electric heater kept the room warm. The kitchen had all necessary items and equipment down to a pod coffee machine. The host was polite and tentative on WhatsApp and responded fast to any queries. Compact space but very cost effective considering the facilities and location (around 9 mins walk from West Ealing Station with the Elizabeth line). Plenty of supermarkets and specialised shops around, with Lidl a stone throw away.

Flat 3 is on the second floor with the usual steep staircase, so keep that in mind if you have heavy luggage. Not a real problem, but perhaps get a good breakfast a priori!

Very homely and comfortable, very comfortable bed. Such friendly and helpful hosts. They helped us book things to do and also helped us book restaurants and advised us where to go. Bruton was a lovely lively village and the B&B was only a very short walk to the high street, where you can find the restaurants, pubs and bars. Also Caroline saved us £100 on entry to "The Newt" which are fantastic gardens with a reconstructed Roman villa on the site where the original Roman villa was uncovered.

Very nicely decorated and comfortable. Everything you could possibly want for a short stay in nottingham. Incredibly helpful host, there was a small issue with the heating and they responded almost instantly with a call and were able to fix it for me. Would stay again.

The mattress in the main bedroom is a little worn - could do with a mattress topper or replacing as you can feel the springs and it sags in the middle. The mattress in the other room is much better. But genuinely a really lovely stay

The property was clean the beds were nice and we had no issue with the breakfast other than egg choice. Only scrambled no fried or poached eggs.

The shower was way too low I’m only 5.10 and couldn’t get under it needed to be at least a foot higher. The receptionist wasn’t very welcoming when we arrived. Quite abrupt and didn’t come across very friendly at all. As that was the first person we seen it wasn’t a great start. However all other staff were helpful over our weekend. Lastly breakfast tables were squashed in not much room to move. I felt like we were always in someone’s way.
