Location was in a quiet place very near the heart of kuala lumpur. breakfast was good. You have everything that you need in the room.

Management should pay attention to the cleanliness of plates and bowls, etc for breakfast. They are not washed properly. You can still see and feel remnants of food on them. Parking was not free. Colour of bed cover is very dark making the room look grubby.

Bathroom very small. Fire alarm went off twice. Once in the middle of the night. No follow up regarding the reason or evacuation of hotel.

The quality of my mattress. Actually, it was my second time being in this hostel, it is generally great and I really recommend it but the quality of my mattress was not got like the previous time. I think this can be a very important factor as directly affect the sleep quality and I kindly ask them to check every single bed.
