United KingdomAnts in the bathroom. Bad smell in bathroom. Bathroom felt 'unclean'. We went for dinner about 4pm and they took our order, made us wait before telling us the kitchen was closed for certain meals (one of which we had ordered). Communication was poor at the restaurant. Otherwise, the hotel staff were really nice.
Friendly, helpful staff. Good location. Free parking. Good air conditioning in room. Comfortable beds.

NetherlandsRooms are small and not very clean. Hotel is in need of a complete overhaul soon.
Nice hotel with a terrific location and friendly staff. Rooms are not spacious and so is the bathroom. Beds are comfortable though a bit short for long people. Rooms are cleaned daily if you want so. Fridge and watercooker are available, the airconditioning was working fine. Beakfast was good and a la carte because of the ramadan. Apart from the groundfloor the hotel certainly needs a renovation.
