How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

The rooms are a bit old.
The location is great, only a few steps from the beach and the main tourist road. Staff were really helpful. The hotel Wi-Fi is good enough for remote working!

The mattress in room was not ok We booked a double bedroom and we got room with two single mattresses combined it was very bad experience with two mattresses as they open Apart evry 5 minutes

The private parking was full but decent alternative with option for electric car charging three minutes walk from the hotel for 15€ per 24h.
The breakfast was a bit chaotic, but very tasty. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and I think it was good value for money. Easy access to the beach and umbrella+chair rental for only 10€ was fantastic.

The room was very small for 4 people and one of beds was uncomfortable. Only one chair was in the room without table.
The staff was very kind. Breakfast was very good. The location was very perfect.

The beds are really not comfortable , very small balcony, parking place at extra cost of 8 euro /day and you have to give the key to the reception so they can move the cars arround becauae the parking is very small
The location ,the staff is very friendly and helpful they usually speak English and German

The room was very small, size wise it felt more like a kids bedroom size and less like a hotel. As we stayed only for the night, we had to repark our car in the morning, since the hotel parking space is limited with a check out (steep price for the night parking)
Location is nice, on the main street. The bulding is not crowded with tall buildings. Breakfast was nice, and the staff multilingual

Close to the beach, nice and helpful staff, clean rooms. We forgot something at the hotel and the staff was wonderful in contacting us as soon as they found it, and arranging for the postage promptly.

When I arrive with my kids in general I need a fridge to maintain the food for kids and is missing a fridge in the room.
I like the breakfast, the proximity with the beach and the hotel is side by side with the main street to find food, drinks and stores. The only think that need to be better is to have a little fridge in the room.

We go to Jesolo very often and been using different hotels . We always select hotels with parking facilities as it is an important feature for us. Generally if the parking at the front of the hotel is full we are given a voucher for a car park elsewhere. With this hotel we were told that as the parking was full we had to pay our own parking elsewhere at 15 euros per day. Very disappointing and misleading Furthermore as you are a guest at the hotel you get.a discount on the beach. When we turned up there was one sun lounger and a deckchair. We have asked to swap the deckchair for another sun lounger and we got asked an extra 5 euros gof that. When we arrived in the room, the mat inside the bathroom was soaking wet like it had been soaked in the shower which was quite disgusting and we had to push it under the sink . We will not return to this hotel , for the price paid it was disappointing

Hotel location is great. Comfort of the rooms is ok. Dinners - pure Italy. Recommended to choose. This is not big chain hotel, but the one that is cozy and nice. For sure we will return as we felt in the centre of staff attention.
