I felt welcome in the room, simple but stylish with big window, the best part! I liked the hallway area having a table and books around to help yourself. A well taken care old building in great location for my visits to town and Vatican, close to the Metro and buses. A spacious room for Rome not so pricy accommodation. This was not my first time I visited the city. My questions/requests were timely attended to, in a very friendly and conscious manner. I had had no time to prepare for my breezy trip.

NOTHING I did not like, I could have asked for an electric kettle to boil water for tea, but I did not! The Nespresso coffe/maker and capsules/tea/sugar were perfect to start my day.

Well situated for exploring central Rome and the Vatican. We walked everywhere, the Vatican is about 12 minutes on foot, whereas the Colosseum took us around an hour. Elisabetta was helpful and responsive to queries. Toaster, kettle, microwave and hob were available, and there are a few mini supermarkets dotted around nearby. Good value considering how expensive accommodation is in Rome. Our feet are now enjoying a well earned rest!

Anna, the host, was amazing. So helpful and made us so welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfasts were lovely, and used lots of local products. The accommodation was in a perfect position. Easy to get places. A nice area. We would definitely stay there again.

Really it was so good. There was a breakfast room so we got to talk to other guests sometimes. But she spaced visitors so you had the buffet to yourself when eating

Great stay at a central location in Bologna. Close to the train stations so easy to get out to other areas around the region. Great food close by as well :) Host was very friendly and checked in to make sure we were happy throughout our stay.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and furnished and decorated to a high standard. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or stay there again. Stefania was an excellent and most welcoming hostess and nothing was any trouble for her.

Very good central location, host was friendly, got all instructions for check in via whatsapp. Breakfast will be chosen day before from menu and served on a tray behind the door.

The room would benefit from adding some essential accessories such as coat hanger, and towels hooks in the bathroom, shower shelfs etc.. The room is not well insulated, the walls are paper thin and we had noisy guest next door for few days,... We could literally hear every word they said and what they did in the toilet! The shared kitchen was not available, it was used as storage room and by staff only.
