The room wasn’t very soundproof, I always heard when the guests arrived. So it’s not very nice when they get too early or too late at night. I may say it’s the only thing I didn’t like, but I’d definitely stay there again.

Very clean, and the staff were super friendly. The location is near subways and bus stops. Nice neighborhood to walk around.

The shower drain needs to be cleaned as the water would get backed up a little. But this wasn't a big issue.

NOTHING I did not like, I could have asked for an electric kettle to boil water for tea, but I did not! The Nespresso coffe/maker and capsules/tea/sugar were perfect to start my day.

I felt welcome in the room, simple but stylish with big window, the best part! I liked the hallway area having a table and books around to help yourself. A well taken care old building in great location for my visits to town and Vatican, close to the Metro and buses. A spacious room for Rome not so pricy accommodation. This was not my first time I visited the city. My questions/requests were timely attended to, in a very friendly and conscious manner. I had had no time to prepare for my breezy trip.

Our room was very clean and close to many tourist areas. We were able to walk to the Vatican and St Peters Basilica.

As usual, you cannot know which guests are in the rooms close to yours. Two nights they were particularly noisy. It can happen.

The service was excellent, the owner cares a lot about the guests and their needs. The place is very central, close to the Vatican and 15 minutes walk from Piazza del Popolo. Lots of good and typical restaurants are close by, as well as the Metro Station.

At the arrival all relevant information about tourist attractions and the restaurants at the area were presented by the owner. The accommodation was every day made up and cleaned, linen and towels were changed often. Every few days the owner asked if everything is OK.

The hosts are very welcoming and responded fast to any questions. Edoardo took us to our room and provided useful information about the city, always with a kind smile! The location of the rooms is great for sightseeing ,safe for night stroll and close to some great restaurants. The room was clean when we got there and was cleaned nicely through our stay. Comfortable beds and bathroom with clean towels. The building was a bit old but it's clean, it has a functioning elevator and a charming yard! Staying here made our overall experience of Rome more comfortable and enjoyable :)

maybe an extra pillow on the bed if two people are sharing a double room but there are plenty spare in the cupboard so really struggling to find anything negative to say apart from that i had to look for a pillow for all of 1 minute, it's 10/10 for a city flat air bnb type hotel.

The customer service by Cristiano was 10/10, very helpful picking us up from the airport and giving us restaurent tips for authentic Roman food and places to go visit. It made the whole experience very smooth and easy knowing we had a helping hand from him if we needed. It's next door to the Vatican museum which is great place to start your trip if you're there for the sites as everything is a walking distance away. It's a safe location and the room was well priced for what it was, great wifi and all facilities were working well. The bed was traditional to Italy, a little harder but nothing to cry about, i'd highly recommend!

Cleaning every day and change of blankets. Provided room with two separate beds. Cristiano was nice and provided some guids about city.

A bit noisy due to a store bellow, if that is an issue for someone, but not too bad.

The location is great, close to many attractions, quite a fancy neighbourhood with many restaurants and cafes. The hosts are really great people (Michele, Anastasia, Cristiano) doing extra efforts to make it a special time for us.

We loved the location of the property in the very heart of Rome and our host was most welcoming and helpful. He went an extra mile literally speaking and showed us directions to all the sightseeing locations and sent us extra info.The property itself was immaculate and most comfortable.

The Hotel is so close to the Vatican that we were able to get up early and walk to the Vatican without waiting in line with lots of people. There is a large supermarket downstairs which made it very easy to buy food and water or other things you need. The room with heating and hot water kept us from feeling cold in the winter in Rome. It is worth mentioning that the people in charge were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Good location and services!
