The room would benefit from adding some essential accessories such as coat hanger, and towels hooks in the bathroom, shower shelfs etc.. The room is not well insulated, the walls are paper thin and we had noisy guest next door for few days,... We could literally hear every word they said and what they did in the toilet! The shared kitchen was not available, it was used as storage room and by staff only.

Very nice villa , with a cute typical Italien breakfast and a good cappuccino. The hosts were super nice and very helpful. The villa is located 3 minutes from the beach with lots of restaurants and bars. The host even drove me 1 hour to Trapani, because it was raining. Can only recommend!

The owner could have been friendlier. The window had no curtains, so I had to use one of my shirts instead. The bedside electrical socket was missing. Breakfast was a bit poor. The shower was only an overhead one making it difficult for my partner to keep her hair dry. Thankfully she had a shower cap supplied by the previous hotel.

The location was ideal not far away from the promenade. Lovely setting though it lacked minor improvements which will earn the place excellent points.

The covers on the chairs and beds were dirty and stained. We had to take them off. The studio looks dark, you have to shine the light even in the daytime. We arrived on a Sunday. My partner and I spent a great full week at this B&B in a quadruple room (actually two ensuit rooms put together) with a patio/terrace with a coffee table and seats, very nice to spend nights playing cards and having dinners. Very spacious rooms equipped with mini fridge, TV, bedside tables, wardrobe. Houskeeping the room every day. Breakfast is buffet style where you can get as many exquisite pastries from a local bakery as you want plus toasts, butter, jam, yogurts, cereals and different coffees and teas. It's seved in a very pleasant and relaxing semi outdoor area. Also, one of the best parts was the staff and how helpful they were. We got a parking ticket and Roberta helped us overcome the nightmare that implied to pay a fine in Italy. This B&B is value for money ... We'd definitely stay again if I went back there!!!

The biggest thing that really makes our stay really bad is the smell and sound in the room. The bathroom at our hotel room is definitely outdated. You can see the mold on the ceiling and there is a strong and bad smell (like the smell coming from the sewer) can't go away. Also, you can hear the engine running sound ( not sure if it's from the pump, fridge or even combination) regularly. It's running for a while then quite down then running again... I usually don't use earplugs for sleeping but I need them to get some sort of sleep. On the day we left here, my partner and I took a really long nap at the new place just to make up for the lack of sleep. For us, these 2 points are the real deal breakers.

The location is brilliant Staffs are kind, the days we were there are raining crazy. The owner went out to buy the umbrella and provided guests to use it freely. Breakfast is great, I'm not sure why so many people complain about the breakfast but for a small B&B standard for me it is great. You have coffee, 2 kinds of juice, yogurt, cereal and different kinds of mini croissaints ( with Prosciutto, ham or sweet filling).

Everything was perfect. Nice, cozy and clean appartment at the villa, which is 5 minutes walking to the beach and 15 mins walking along the embankment to the center of Mondello. Excellent hospitality, the host Alessandro was very net and supportive. Nice continental breakfast with freshed backery products and delicious coffee.
