Ground floor apartment, fully wheelchair accessible but it requires a helper to hold open the property door. Washing machine Kitchen including pots, pans, cooking utensils fridge and full hob Wine glasses and tea glasses Smart TV & free WiFi good enough to watch Youtube Plenty of dining options around

Loud, creaky bed The bed smelt of smoke The iron was really dirty High chairs and dining table can make it difficult The shower was either really cold or really hot, it was really difficult to find the right spot for a bearable temperature

Everything was great! Beautiful views from the balcony, friendly and super friendly staff both at the reception and at the restaurant, tasty food. Amazing location, where everything you may want is at your fingertips. Totally recommend and can’t wait to come back again😊 Thanks again!

The hotel is exceptional. Great location near the metro exit and within walkable distance from Istiklal Avenue and Galata Tower. Great WiFI for remote work and Zoom calls. This hotel will be on my top list for the next Istanbul trips.

The room is not small and not big. I was traveling alone, so it was great for me. But I think for two people there won’t be enough space.

Lovely hotel right next to the springs that has an amazing roof terrace with views over the whole hillside of the travertines. The staff were very friendly and helpful and I enjoyed a morning swim in the pool.

Villa was beautiful,very private,and quiet. Very nice bbq area. Lots of room. Beds were very comfortable and clean.

Lack of hot water until Ozcan sorted it. No in-house information book for the villa i.e how appliances work,local eateries recommended,emergency numbers,etc. As we were arriving late evening a small basic welcome pack would be good,perhaps just bread,milk,tea/coffee,honey,salt,pepper and olive oil so we didn't have to immediately go out to the shop but the people who welcomed us taking us to the shop.Despite the brochure info saying there were toiletries there was only liquid soap on the sinks. Usually shampoo/shower gel too. One of the upstairs bathrooms had very smelly drains!! 🤭
