The best hotel in Alanya! I highly recommend hotel Aria Riva. This is the 2nd time I stayed here with my daughters and granddaughter and they loved it too. I will never choose another hotel to stay at. I can’t wait for my next holiday here! Delicious food in the restaurant 10/10. They have the best breakfast which you won’t get at any other hotels, it’s very clean and very welcoming. Staff are super friendly and caring always there to help especially the ladies at reception. The rooms are very modern and have everything you need, along with a lovely pool, gym and Turkish bath if wanted! I highly recommend staying here.

Great location, close to the sea and the beach 🏖️A lot of shops and restaurants are just around the corner. The staff is friendly and ready to help. There were strollers for kids to borrow, what was great!

TV didn't work. Service team changed it within a short period of time. We stayed during Eid holiday, so the whole town got a bit noisy at night. The room windows were useful in reducing the effect.

For a family with an 8 month old infant, the room was well equipped and a cot was provided. The windows closed well, reducing outside noise. The washing machine and kitchenette were life saviours. Staff were welcoming and very helpful. Family friendly. Housekeeping team were efficient, cleaning the room whenever we left. Breakfast was excellent and well presented. Facilities were quite good, with a well equipped gym. For Alanya, location is excellent, a couple of minutes' walk away from a nice sandy beach. Generally peaceful and quiet.

I checked in really late and the staff left me a sandwich in my apartment!) The interior and furniture look really good. I also liked the sea and castle view from my balcony. The hotel is just right by the sea, but not on the front line busy street.

The apart-hotel is located in the city center around 50 meters from the main beach. Breakfast was great and at a very reasonable price with a good assortment of fresh fruits and vegetables. The staff is very polite and always ready to help. Overall the hotel offers great value for money. The apartment is cleaned every day and the kitchen facilities are very good.

There honestly is nothing not to like

The Hotel is situated in a fantastic location only a 2 min walk from the beach & shops , there is a fantastic onsite restaurant, serving exceptionally high standard of food & drinks , the coffee was particularly good and i definitely recommend breakfast . There is a gym which is one of the best I’ve used in a hotel in Europe. There is a beautiful clean pool area and spa with showers . The rooms are cleaned daily and clean towels, the housekeeping staff are fantastic , when I asked for an iron it was no trouble . The rooms have great facilities, it was so good to have a washing machine , also a coffee maker and toaster , the heating / air conditioner was amazing as was the WiFi connection. I highly recommend this property and I will definitely be back . It’s a true Gem in Alanya 😀

I didn’t like the smell sometimes of when the toilet was flushed and that could be smelt around the apartment at times.

It is a very modern and stylish apartment. It has TV which you can screen cast your phone. The property has the right necessities to prepare your own food.

Absolutely nothing to dislike!

The staff were absolutely amazing, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is very well kept and excellently positioned for the beautiful beach and bars. The hotel restaurant is extremely well run, offering a great varied menu and delicious cuisine cooked by top notch chefs. We had a fantastic holiday here and left feeling like friends. We would return in a heartbeat, thank you so much ❤

I was not very impressed with the free breakfast choices. However given all the positive sides, I did not find this a big deal, Riva Apart is a great place and I will be visiting again and again!

I am very happy I found the Riva Apart Hotel! Everything was great: - Location: 5 minutes walk from the coach station, 2 minutes walk from Kleoparta beach, 30 minutes walk to the center of the town, walking distance to the fortress (if you like walking uphill) and to the funicular (if you don't), several very good supermarkets around, many cafes and good restaurants as well. - Apartment - spacious, clean, had everything I needed. Cosy terrace, washing machine, fridge, microwave etc, I did not miss anything. The place was cleaned every day! Wi-Fi was very strong and reliable. AC units did great job as well. - Staff - smiling and helpful people. I got answers to all my questions. - Restaurant - you can use the restaurant downstairs, or even call them to deliver food to your room directly. The restaurant was pretty decent with normal prices.
