Excellent flat: shining new kitchen, very well equipped with stuff: kettle, gas stove, big fridge, plates, spoons, knives, board. It's definitely best accomodation for family trip we had among all others. Parking is free on the streets around, and it's not a big deal to find a place.

The property is located in a backstreet area so it might not seem safe at first. However, the apartment has good security with locks for the doors and properly secured windows.

We stayed here as a couple and it was lovely! We arrived late at night but were greeted swiftly by the host. If there are any issues, the host will quickly fix it. The place itself was spacious and provided all the necessary equipment like pans, cups and cutlery for the kitchen. You will only need to buy other items such as oil and washing powder to use those facilities. The location is also very convenient within walkable distance to the old town and shopping centre.

We needed beds for three adults but the small room had a single bed which was more appropriate for a child and not a fully grown adult. Also we didn’t like the street at first it looked a bit sketchy it had some stores with fridges and washing machines out on the pavement. However the location is so convenient we ignored all that

The remote control for the ac needs to be replaced as it no longer consistently sends the signal to the wall unit. The smart TV is no longer compatible with Netflix (needs a current browser). The building next door is under construction, and they would start work at 8am every weekday that we were there. They did not work on Sunday and I cannot comment about Saturday since that was the day we arrived, and we arrived later in the evening. Despite the apartment having good windows that blocked out the majority of normal street noise, and even with earplugs on, I could hear them pounding with their hammers. This construction looks like it is far from being completed, so if you are considering staying here, you should keep that in mind.

Our host kindly met us outside during a rainstorm to make sure we can find the place (since there is no clear sign from the street). We drove from Cappadocia and had not eaten for over 7 hours, so he also gave a great recommendation on a restaurant just around the corner. We appreciated the good wifi speeds (avg 10mbps download). We also appreciated how easy it was to just walk to Antalya's tourist attractions (as long as you are comfortable with 15 minute+ walks one way). That allowed us to leave the rental car in the private parking lot instead of sitting in Antalya traffic (which was pretty bad during rush hour).

The area was kind of dodgy, which is expected from a city, and most of the things we did were along the coast, however the coast was only a short walk and the flat building is very secure
