  • “Close to the center of Taksim and to the Galata bridge. Good restaurants around. Reception and workers in the hotel are very welcoming and helping.”

  • Recital Hotel Review score: 8.6

“Near to the blue mosque, topkapi and grand bazaar.”

  • Walton Hotels Galata Review score: 9.4

“Our room was great - attractive decor, spacious, spotlessly clean with effective air con. The bathroom was immaculate with lots of hot water. We appreciated the coffee maker, kettle and daily bottles of fresh water. The rooftop bar was great, with a view of Galata Tower and some interesting roofs - the welcome cocktail was delicious as were the generous breakfasts. We were greeted warmly every morning by the charming young owner. We were in easy walking distance of the Galata bridge and of all the Galataport cafes and restaurants. The little streets are lively and real - mainly electrical wiring and fittings shops - interspersed with little cafes.”

“Location was amazing - only 4-5 minute walk to the Hagia Sofia and Blue Mosque, couldn’t have asked for a better location. The staff were friendly, the room was nice and bed/pillows comfortable”

  • Raymond Hotel Review score: 7.9

“Location was very good, walking distance to much that you would want to see and do. The reception staff were very amenable and helpful. The streets close by were great for shopping, no need to go to the grand bazaar unless it’s something you want to cross off your bucket list. The restaurant next door was fabulous (I think it was called Constantine), something the Raymond Hotel should try to emulate….”
