This property is in a great location 5-15 minutes walk to all the main attractions. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the toiletries are of a very good standard. Great variety at breakfast every morning with lovely freshly squeezed orange juice and beautiful coffee. Staff are exceptional…every one has a smile for you and all are too willing to help with any query you may have. I felt it was a very nice touch each morning seeing the GM take time to talk to his guests. Beautiful views from the rooftop where in the evening you can purchase a bottle of wine from the supermarket across the street, get glasses from the hotel staff, and enjoy the views across Istanbul. All in all, this hotel is very hard to fault… I highly recommend it!!!

Only stayed 1 night, could have done with more time in Istanbul (not the hotels fault). Room could have been bigger (not a big complaint).

Only shame was that breakfast isn't on the terrace except in peak summer, which was disappointing but made sense because it was very cold. Terrace was still open to enjoy 24 hours.

Very very welcoming, helpful and generous staff. Room was lovely and modern especially the bathroom. Breakfast was varied and had something for everyone. Located in the best location for first time visitors to Istanbul. Roof terrace has an incredible view of the Hagia Sofia (and you can also see the Blue Mosque, the sea and even Camlica Mosque in the distance).They offer an airport pickup if that's something you want but the metro is 10x cheaper and takes around the same time. They provided free bottled water daily in the room.

We were located on a lower floor without a lift for our luggages so that was a bit difficult. The staff was very helpful though in carrying them. :)

Amazing staff - very accommodating and fun to talk to. Location was perfect for sightseeing and near several restaurants. Great rooftop views. Breakfast selection was also good.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at Henna! The location of the hotel couldn't be more central, very close to Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, and all the main sights in Sultanahmet. The staff are absolutely outstanding, incredibly friendly, and always happy to help. Breakfast is great too, and plenty of options to get you started on a long day of sightseeing.

Excellent location in Sultanameht and walking distance to Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cisterna. Arasta Bazaar nearby is good for shopping and there are many restaurants and small shops in the area. The hotel staff is excellent and helpful, making us feel welcome and comfortable. They also arranged transportation for us from the airport and to cruise port. More services available that we didn't use . The breakfast here is excellent and the hotel is very clean.

Maybe some of the towels can use some upgrades.

It is centrally located with most of the attractions within walking distance. What sets this hotel apart is the quality of the breakfast & the service level. With the GM’s (Ali) leadership, this hotel is very well run & staff are very helpful & responsive, best part is you could really get a taste of the Turkish hospitality. The rooms are very comfortable with the best rooftop views of the surroundings.

Central location surrounded by restaurants and minutes away from the main attractions like Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar, etc. The staff at the hotel are so friendly and helpful, they provide that personal touch that make you feel comfortable. The owner was there practically every day during breakfast and talks to all the guests. Cannot recommend this hotel.enough.

My cousin and I had a wonderful stay here. The location of the hotel is only a few minutes walk to the Sultahmet area (Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and Basilica cistern) which was important for our short stay. The rooms were spotless and serviced every day. Breakfast was amazing with a huge variety of savoury and sweet options. The staff were so helpful and friendly. And of course the rooftop was stunning, with 360 degree views across to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia as well as the Bosphorus. I couldn’t fault my stay here.
