I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Sapphire! The location is fantastic, with all key tourist attractions within a comfortable 10-20 minute walk. The staff truly stood out for their friendliness and support. Every team member we approached engaged with us warmly, always with a big smile, making us feel very welcome. The breakfast experience was exceptional—generous, fresh, and delicious. There were plenty of options to choose from, catering to all preferences. A special mention goes to Valid, who greeted us every morning with a cheerful smile, provided excellent menu suggestions, and ensured we had a pleasant start to our day. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend Hotel Sapphire to anyone visiting the area!

The location is excellent, you almost could not be closer to the Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, Sultanachmed Blue Mosque. Also the hotel is well reachable by public transport. The hotel has a relaxed atmosphere and has its own garden next to an old hammam building, Breakfast was excellent. We had a suite with balcony on the garden which was very comfortable.

A very clean and great hotel. Everything in the hotel is new, spacious room with nice bathrooms. The location is just perfect. You can reach a-lot of places by foot from Reyyan hotel. The staff will do anything to make you feel home. Fazel, Samim and Ehsan are very friendly and helpful guys. Samim explained us everything on the first day and recommended us good places to visit. Fazel lent us his own public transportation card. Ehsan gave us umbrellas on a rainy day. They changed our room a few times without hesitation. We stayed for 5 days at Reyyan hotel and after that we went to another hotel because of my husband’s hair transplantation. That hotel was so horrible so after one night we booked again Reyyan hotel because of their great service. We really recommend this hotel!! Even the cleaning lady is very nice and friendly to the guests. We are very thankful for everything :)

We travelled in May and stayed in Junior Suite 7, which was beautiful and had a stunning view of the Blue Mosque. The room was clean, spacious, and well decorated. Breakfast was delicious and very rich, with lots of sweet and savory options. We also enjoyed a discount at the Lotus Restaurant & Café, which was very convenient. The hotel is close to Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar, Spice Bazaar, Basilica Cistern, Topkapı Palace, and Gülhane Park. The tram stop to Galata Tower and the Asian side is just 2 minutes away. The area is full of cafés, restaurants, and shops. What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. They were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to give suggestions on what to see or where to eat. Every time we came back to the hotel, they would greet us with a smile and ask about our day, which made us feel really cared for. We also arranged round-trip airport transfers through the hotel, and on the morning of our early departure, they kindly prepared a breakfast for us at 3:30 am — once again, with a smile. Besides the location and great service, what actually convinced us to book this hotel was a review that criticized the staff for being “too friendly.” That review actually convinced us to book the hotel. For us, being “too friendly” was exactly what we were looking for. It’s wonderful to feel at home and to meet new people when you travel. Thank you to all the team at Asur Hotel and Lotus Restaurant — we can’t wait to come back! Iuliana & Anastaiya
