    “Firstly you walked in and it just smelled amazing! Instantly felt relaxed! Location was great- close to the millennium bridge and into town. Staff were lovely- friendly with a smile, asked for some more milk for tea and asked if I needed anything else. Also has a luggage store which was handy. Rooms were clean and tidy plenty of pillows and towels which was a massive plus for us. We were very lucky to have a room overlooking the river and I don’t know why but their hand wash smells lush! Also as a CPAP user- there was a plug next to the bed- big plus for me- seems a lot of hotels are doing away with plugs next to the bed and opting for usb charging points. (This one didn’t have usb points but not an issue ) easy check in and check out”
