Rooms were perfect for what we needed i.e a base from which to explore Death Valley. Owner was very amenable and welcoming, couldn't have asked for more! Beatty itself is an interesting little place with lots going on.

Location is good, there is a bus stop about 100m but it is further for train station, subway or monorail.

Location was great. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

The hallways were very noisy and the doors thin. You could hear everyone coming and going and their conversations. Breakfast was on the 5th floor which you could only access from the lobby and had to wait for about 30 minutes in line to get the lift up to breakfast. This also had an effect on accessing a lift in the mornings to get down to the lobby.

The convenience of proximity to the highway.

It needs a lot of work. For example the toilet seat wasn’t the right seat for that toilet. The grout on the bathroom floor was filthy. It’s needs a good scrubbing. The door didn’t close properly.
