The hotel was great but trying to use gps on a phone to find the place was not a great experience!

Great place to stay once you find it. Best way to get there in my opinion is to take the airport train to westlake station $3 and walk out the station onto pike street go to the corner of 3rd avenue and Pike street and get the no 2 or 13 bus $3.50 straight to Queen Anne Street. Once your there enjoy the room with the very big bed, the little kitchenette area and the excellent shower room. The guest launderette on the ground floor was a god send following a muddy escapade into the Olympic Park and the staff are genuinely nice.

No WiFi, and the elevator was slow when the hotel was busy.

Location was great and convenient to a grocery store and city attractions. Our room was nice, the shower was great, and the staff was helpful and friendly. Provided excellent suggestions for touring the city. They also set up transportation from the hotel to our cruise ship. I would definitely stay here again when returning to Seattle.

Parking costs $27 a day: but at least they had parking!

It was a 10 minute walk to the space needle and park. The hotel was lovely and up-to-date, even had an electric kettle for my tea (also a coffee maker and ceramic mugs). The rooftop porch and its view were great.

The rooms were very comfortable and quiet considering the hotel being downtown. The location was excellent for everything we did..Seattle Center, we took the monorail to Pikes Place and the Aquarium. There were so many restaurants right next to the hotel and a grocery store down the street. The view from the roof top terrace was amazing!! This will definitely be the place we will stay next time we come to the city.

The Check in, the lady at the front desk was confused about my reservation thru Booking.com. It took her a long time to figured out my reservation, and check me in. The Hotel also charges $30.00 for parking at their parking place. I paid this amount because I wanted to have my car park at a safe place, and nearby to use it.
