It was expensive but I guess for the location it’s what’s to be expected. The location is fab!

Only minor drawbacks: the A/C was quite noisy but fortunately I could turn it off at night since it was not too warm, there was a long line to take the elevator down at 9am, and I had problems connecting to the internet both days I was there.

I did not have breakfast at the hotel. The location is great if you want to be near Times Square. The room was a bit larger than what you get in NYC for the price I paid. The bathroom was also large and comfortable.

There was a constant click noise outside my room the whole night. The elevators were way too few in a 48 storage hotel, so there was a line for the elevators. They provide luggage storage but I do not understand why they needed to keep the luggage in the hall, it's a new hotel, that they didn't design it having the size of the luggage room in mind is beyond my understanding. The lobby was overly crowded.

Great view from the room and a great location if you want to stay near Time Square. The beds were comfy and the room was very clean.

Heard some banging and noise by staff in service rooms next to room at odd times - late night, etc.

Really clean and comfortable and very close to all the theatres. Good breakfast which set you up for the day. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

I did not like how all members in the party must go to breakfast at the same time. As a family, we are up at different times and some like to get their coffee in the am first thing, while others like sleeping in. ***UPDATE***- the whole family went as a group to breakfast. Exceptional service and good breakfast choices. Not set up as a "grab and go." Overall, very pleased with hotel and kind, honest staff.

Property, comfort, staff, and location exceeded my expectations. We appreciated 12 pm check out as most hotels place check out time at 11 am. The extra hour is helpful! We really enjoyed the large selection at the breakfast buffet as well. We will be back; my children made me promise! Thank you Riu!!

No clock or coffee machine in room. Would have been nice to have seating for two people in room. One chair necitated. Some one always sitting on bed.

The queue system for breakfast was a bit messy - queuing to get into the elevator to get to the restaurant and then queuing to get a table once you arrived at the restaurant. Then slight queue for elevator back when leaving.

Elevators weren’t coming to ninth floor when called. Had to use stairs twice. Bathroom has a glass sliding door. Doesn’t insulate sound (you can figure that out yourself😀)

Really close to Times Square. Nice clean room, ok size. Well organised in relation to luggage for early arrivals and for people leaving late. Organised transport to airport that was considerably better value than well known ride service.

The property was fantastic would stay there again. It was in the middle of everything that we wanted to do and easy to get to. Very clean!! Breakfast line was long but it went pretty fast or you could go next door and get donuts or croissants and walk back across street and sit at the hotel patio out front.

Every morning we had to line up at the reception to be admitted to the 5th floor where breakfast was served. This was really poor planning and we spent so much time each morning standing in line. So this is a very bad thing….

The water pressure of shower could be stronger.

It is located in the center of Broadway and best for theaters/MOMA/Central Park. The staff is very friendly in general. The operations at the breakfast venue is phenomenal. The room is small(Manhattan standard) but practically designed with abundant towels. It serves decent breakfast including cold/hot meals and the deli/bar on the grand floor is not bad.

Personally I like a calm quiet breakfast. It was included in my room rate but normally I prefer a calm start to my day and would have opted for a light option of petit dejeuner on or off property
