We liked absolutely everything! Very comfortable beds, everyday cleaning and changing towels, everytime we re-entered room and even the hotel there was a beautiful, clean smell. Breakfast was very nice and a lot of variety food served. Perfect location, metro and bus station 50m from hotel. Hosts were very pleasant and polite, especially young black-haired man (forgot his name). Highly recommend, and for sure we'll come back next time we visit Istanbul. 😊

Where do I start...the staff are not professional at all, from the checking in process to the check out process, I think the biggest challenge for me was the language barrier, no body actually can give you a straight answer on anything. Google translate has to be your friend The food...meats undercooked , most of the time cold,very repetitive with no actually pride being taken in preparation...medium cooked chicken , and rare ground beef...why not ?( ''_) ."all inclusive" doesn't mean all quality I guess -Gym facility wasn't set up. No water station on site. -Spa area nobody speaks english so good luck with that. -no entertainment in English. -not close to any attractions or any if that If you want to go to a place and lie on a beach with a nice view this is the place for you. I don't know how the star ratings work over in turkey but this isn't 4.5 stars on an international standard ,well in my view anyway.

Great room with great view! Could be better only on highest floors. Good connection to Izmir with tram and metro lines. Rich breakfast and staf full of hospitality. Direct connection to AVM.

Great location with many bars/restaurants nearby, comfy beds and very clean cozy rooms. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Water and tea was available.

Good price, good personal, very bequem, very quiet for that area, I couldn't stay for breakfast because of my flight. I can recommend this hotel without any but. If I go to Istanbul again, I know where can I stay in secure and with pleasure. Thanks

It is not a hotel, a slum in dangeres area. If you are a foreign visiter, you have to be careful in that street. No reception, no security. The room was very bad. The cover of bed, pillow didn't wasch. It was small hairs everywhere on the bed. Under the bed was also full of dust. I don't want to talk about shower and towels. I couldn't sleep even 4 hours because of the noises what comes from outside and the feeling unsecure. An Arabic women started to talking on the phone on upstairs in the middle of the night till I leave that place. I rented for two nights but could stay one night. Cheap yes but it is not a hotel, even not at a home. Sorry. But the fact is always hurts.
