This is one of the best hotels I have ever been in, it's beautiful, in a great location but by far the best part of this hotel is its staff. The hospitality was absolutely incredible and the staff were so helpful throughout our stay. If you're considering staying at this hotel, I can't recommend it enough.

On Friday and Saturday evening it could be quite noisy because of the bars outside where usually live music plays really on the street. It is not a minus if you travel for fun and want to be part of the night life.

The location of the hotel is great and his biggest advantage. It is in the middle of the area when the night life is happening.

Near hotel is noisy bar that plays music during whole night. Not recomended if you have small kids or want to have nice sleep and piece.

Host Ismail was very polite and helpful during our stay in Istanbul. Most of places can be visited by foot, because of good location.

Staff, location, cleanliness.

Excellent central location. The staff were the friendliest and most helpful I have ever encountered at a hotel. Large comfortable bed and ample space, everything spotless on arrival. The manager Ismael not only gave us a lovely welcome but helped us make a plan to make the most of our stay, including recommending a hidden gem of a restaurant near the hotel. A bit noisy on Saturday night, but that’s probably unavoidable anywhere in Istanbul. Excellent hotel, highly recommended.

As can be expected in such a busy area, Friday and Saturday nights are noisy. If quietness is priority it would be best to avoid these evenings... Or come prepared.

We stayed in a superior double room. Spacious and comfortable. The kitchen had a hotplate, cutlery and crockery for warming food and making tea. We had asked for these things before our arrival and management was happy to oblige. The bed was comfortable and the room was blessed with a long, comfortable sofa... Perfect for lounging and relaxing. We stayed a week. Cleaning was done on request and Management was more than ready to meet any requests. The hotel is situated in an area full of great eating places, bars and good shopping. Also close to a little supermarket Carrefours. I had taken quite a lot of work with me and appreciated the fast and reliable WiFi connection.

Please note that it could be noisy on Friday and Saturday. The party with music till morning in a nearest bars. For me it was ok, since I walking a lot and felt asleep quickly.

Everything about it was great. It was in a perfect location to all attractions. 2 to 3min walk to all attractions. Getting food. Drinks and all about 5min walk to the property. Very clean and I love the elevator design. ☺️☺️. The workers are always ready to help. They were all great and nice. I will surely visit again this summer.

Just that, i think they should have at least one microwave in the hotel. This is because there is so much street food in the area that it is impossible not to buy one or two snacks to take back to the hotel. So a microwave will be the cherry on the cake for these midnight snacks

I booked this room for my teenage daughter and her friend when they took a 2 day break from their University in Kayseri to visit Istanbul. At first, I was worried about 2 young girls all alone in a hotel right in the middle of bubbly Istanbul. I needn't have worried. Mr Ismail, their hist was exceptionally kind and helpful to them. He even upgraded them to a bigger room just to make their stay better . The hotel was in the middle of everything so they went everywhere on foot. Pls find below, my daughter's honest review of the hotel: Well, First of all, the location was perfect, just like a 10 minutes walk to a metro station, the galata tower and Taksim square. The room was very clean, even the reception was neat. The bed was comfortable and the kettle and sink made things very convenient. The toilet was also neat, and there was hot water 24/7. The manager and the receptionist were very helpful and friendly, after checking out, they let us keep our things in the reception until it was time for our bus.

The best location ever close to all major atractions main street full of restauranst bars and shopping places. The hotel is well decorated clean and very comfortable. The hotel staff is very helpfull and gives very good advices about the City to see the most important places

Everything was much better than what i ve expected. The rooms, cleanliness, service, staff and of course the location. Les then a minute to the very famous Istiklal street. The hotel is well decorated with a few different room types which is suitable for couples,friends and families.

The hotel is in poor condition. Upon check in, we discovered that our bedding was not clean. In addition, the bathroom door handle was entirely broken. The shower water was also inconsistent. The water would range from hot and cold; sometimes the water would come to a near stop. While I understand that the new owners have only taken over the hotel for a few months, it is important to ensure that the hotel is in good condition before re-opening to guests. This experience was disappointing, despite the high reviews that led me to book here. I can appreciate the difficulty and challenge of running a business, but the owner asked multiple times for us to leave a good. I do not mean any bad intentions, but believe that I must be honest for the sake of future guests.

The hotel is located near many restaurants, bars, and shops. I appreciate the owner and the staff's helpful attitude. They were happy to answer any questions that we had. When we had an issue with our bedding, they arranged us a free ride to the airport after our check out.

If you want to be close to good bars, main street Istikal the hotel is situated perfect! Very steep hills up and down from the Galata bridge and the Bosporus....

Good and willing staff. Good hotel for the money you pay. Nice and safe area, right in the middle of vibrant nightlife
