The food was awful. And served the same bland food everyday. When we arrived late due to flight delay we were given a room on 3rd floor next to noisy generator and looking a huge roof.. told it was a sea view! But after a complaint they moved us. The noise from the neighbouring hotels in the evenings was horrendous. Music blaring until late into the night. The lifts felt a little unsafe - and even when it dropped a floor and stopped the alarm didn't even work. The bar tenders (except 1) didn't know how to make cocktails - all you got was a huge amount of alcohol with a small topping of a soft drink! Bed rooms could have been cleaned more but don't think they had the staff to do this - no floor vacuum or mop for a whole week. Surfaces not wiped down in the room.

EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING we had the time of our lives. The owner of the hotel gave us a special room and decorated it with flowers and gave us fruit and drinks complementary. We felt very welcome. The food was very tasty and fresh. The snack bar was so enjoyable, being served outside and had lovely options. We also loved the pool bar and had unlimited access to non-alcoholic cocktails (halal), which tasted amazing. The pool was lovely and clean, and very family-friendly. Lunch and dinner were very tasty, I loved how they changed the menu every day and didn't just serve the same thing. So lunch was different from dinner etc. They served beautiful grand cakes for dinner which were a treat to eat. There was a LOT of variety even at breakfast. The food was delicious. I also loved that the beach was right inside the resort, it was so enjoyable and just extremely relaxing. We also got a massage at the beach which was amazing and very affordable (25€ for an hour). I would definitely recommend this resort and can't wait to return.

It’s not 5 or 4 star hotel, it’s 3 star new hotel - food not much variety, you no gonna be hungry but it’s not that tasty . Steak is fake pained turkey . Check my photo. I was shocked - territory is small and noting to do , evening time 1 hour horrible karaoke or another entertainment and no disco , noting - smell of cigarettes in room - not comfortable huge pillows , no blanket

The initial room was not clean and had a very noisy machine on the balcony all night. Managed to get this resolved, but the hotel is sold much better than it actually is. Food was terrible. This was also resolved by management but resulted in us wasting most of our time in reception whilst we wait for management.

The staff were the only positive. Many thanks to Yekta and Emre for making us feel welcome.

The all inclusive that I paid was definitely value for money. The room was good.Clean, large and spacious with good air con..generally quiet from the noise.The food quality for a large scale buffet was good quality.We loved our stay and would definitely go back if we come back to Antalya

Not a good planning of bathroom door: it opens insdie the bathroom and therefore leave very small space to get in. Well, at least in rooms for one person. It has to be open outwards, into the coridor. Anyway, it has been compensated by nice room design and good size balcony.

I have booked this short holidays for my husband and here is his feedback: Great location, polite and friendly personal, choice of food is superb, coffee, tea, juces are availbale in many places in the hotel. Room cleaning service everyday. Sea and lovely beach is in short walking distance. Special thank you to Adil from Spa and Wellness for great course of body massage. After hard year of work I could only recommend.

I think those who write bad reviews are thoughtless or unaware of how much they pay. It is impossible to write a bad review about this hotel. It is the best hotel in its category in terms of price and quality. It is very well priced compared to the hotels around it. Everything was perfect. The food was delicious and delicious. Our room was cleaned in detail every day. The view from our room was impressive. The alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and cocktails served at the bars were of high quality and delicious. There was a musician playing the piano in the lobby bar in the evening and it was very relaxing.

The food selection is usually pretty poor. You have to get to the buffet very early during the serving hours, as they don’t refill most things, and whatever remains just gets cold very fast. Breakfasts were the worst (sunny side up eggs were just raw with super runny egg whites, no proper selection), dinners the most decent. All in all the best thing they serve at any time is bread, they just usually don’t refill it. I wish they had made pita with no toppings as well. The alcohol is terrible, the white wine at dinner was like straight up methanol. Most staff don’t speak English, nor any other European languages for that matter. Difficult to communicate if you have any issues or requests. The bartender at the beach bar does not know any of the common cocktails even by name, even when we tried asking him what cocktails he CAN make via help of google translate (no English whatsoever), he just listed hard liquor names to us instead of cocktails. After we finally got a gin&tonic, the bartender used old completely stale tonic 😀 In general, the vibe feels very unwelcoming, as if you are giving them some sort of inconvenience by staying there, every step of the way. Even the checkin was super complicated and took a very long time, due to which we also missed our last chance of getting some dinner after a long day of travels. The only exception is the spa attendant, who is actually nice, helpful and speaks English well (as well as, I think, German) There are loads of plumbing issues at every corner, also no cleanliness at all at public facilities. The pool slides have very strange and short operating hours. Speaking of this, apart from the buffet times, there are no working hours of other facilities listed ANYWHERE, not in the room/reception/TV/at the facilities itself. You never know when the sauna, pool or slides just close.

I recently stayed at a supposed 5-star hotel in Antalya, but my experience was far from satisfactory. There were numerous issues right from my arrival. The hotel lists an address on Booking.com that is in the center of Antalya, but the actual location is almost 30 minutes away. This discrepancy led me to pay double the taxi fare. Despite the hotel approving my early check-in request, we ended up waiting for our room from 9 AM until 2 PM, which was incredibly frustrating as we were very tired. Early check-in was a crucial factor in my hotel selection, and this failure was unacceptable. I paid for a sea view room, only to be given a standard room with a view of a building. When I complained, they said they didn’t have any sea view rooms available, which is not my responsibility. The room itself was not clean; we found hair and belongings from previous guests. Additionally, the buffet was far from fresh. There was variety, but many of the items seemed old, and we suffered from diarrhea throughout our stay. One of the most shocking incidents was when I was lying on my bed in a towel after a shower, and a family entered my room because the reception had mistakenly given them a key to my room. How can such an error happen in a 5-star hotel? The beach in front of the hotel was dirty, and the neighboring hotel was discharging sewage into the sea, which was absolutely disgusting. The staff was also unfriendly and unhelpful. Overall, this was the worst stay of my life. This hotel does not deserve its 5-star rating, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

I was looking forward to swimming when I arrived, but I was surprised that the indoor pool was not working and the sliders in the main outdoor pool were under maintenance. Even the snack bar was deserted. I had complained to the reception the second day especially as it was rainy outside. We reached an agreement that they will refund me the remaining two nights of my stay and based on this promise I left, but few days later after I left the city, they backed on their word and so I informed Booking.com who is trying to reach the property management for over a week but with no response. My advice “think twice before booking in this proprty”.

The room was really loud. It was impossible to sleep in the afternoon or before midnight because of both the neighbouring hotel and rooms next to us. The walls are probably made of paper, because we could hear everything. The bar staff were often unprofessional and behaved like amateurs. For instance one of them couldn't recognise the Vodka bottle. The other bartender was arrogant and sloppy. We had to ask and follow-up multiple times for blanket. There was a "midnight snack" option on their programme, but we ( and also others ) never found the restaurant open after dinner.

There were some really good food options. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful.

The prices was much cheaper on average than hotel in this area.Food was varied and tasty.Beach was good, pool and slides were fun. Evening entertainment was fun. The SPA center and the Sauna were really nice Overall, the hotel is a great value and delivers consistent quality of service
