First night was very noisy from the restaurant , very loud music

The hotel is located in middle of Taksim and is near to everything, the stuff very friendly and helpful, the hotel clean and my room was big and with a nice view, but I recommend superior room because they are new renovated

Has perfect location, in the center of Taksim Square, many restaurants and shops nearby, very close to public transportation. The staff was so good, friendly and helpful. Room large, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very nice with vary menu.

In my opinion, the food was not good enough, I wish there were fresh juices and various pastries.

A wonderful hotel and great staff, especially Mr. Ihab, who is very helpful and friendly. We spent a week there, knowing that it's not the first time and will definitely not be the last.I recommend it

Room lighting needs to be improved. Breakfast menu needs to be improved. Everything else was fine.

The staff is professional. Specially Kursat and Fatih at the reception goes an extra mile to serve you better and make you feel comfortable. Excellent location at taksim and istiklal.

Rude staff at breakfast area in the morning very unpleasant they can’t even greet you with a smile or let alone say good morning they give you long strange stare whilst you sit and eat it made me feel very uncomfortable and staff does not speak or understand one word of English which is hard to believe as they work in a hotel full of tourists or maybe some of them pretended they can’t speak English so they do not have to help. I would have imagined a hotel would do interview and ask their staff if they can speak a little bit of English before hiring them to help tourist in hotels.breakfast was horrible do not bothered paying extra or even getting out of bed so early to get breakfast, it was not a hot cooked breakfast it was so repetitive it was just cheese and olives and fries each morning for 4 days I stayed there.

The location was fantastic I recommend booking the room with the city view as the view was 10/10,location is in the head of taksim square it can be very noisy especially when you trying to sleep at night but eventually I got used to it as I stayed 4 nights it’s easy access to the metro also. Room was cleaned every morning and bathroom was very clean mattress was comfortable the whole hotel smelled amazing.

There is noise when sleeping from outside. The internet was very weak in the room, and the children's bed was unstable.
