Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Good hotel with amazing friendly staff. Thank you Umut and Suleiman for being so kind and helpful with the travel arrangements and activities planning. Customer service was top notch as well as room service, with everyday clean towels. Breakfast was tasty and we had a very good time in this hotel, we will definitely come back.

United KingdomThis hotel has a Very good location . Very close to metro station, restaurants and shops. Only one stop away from Taksim. Breakfast was okay! Rooms are clean and very comfortable beds. The receptionist called ( Umut ) is very kind, polite and always happy to help. Umut was very welcoming and helpful. He made us feel happy and Pleased. Umut has such good manners and knows properly how to manage things. He arranged a nice luxury transport for my sister’s birthday and decorated the room with some balloons + cake, a very nice little surprise as I asked for. Also, Mr Suleiman was very kind to us. The service was very good and I enjoyed having Turkish tea everyday. Me and my family were happy for our stay at this hotel. Nice and easy hotel transportation. I totally recommend this hotel to families and friends.

BahrainThe breakfast was very limited. It was a set menu consisting of an omelet, some cheese, some spreads and little vegetables. It wasn't a buffet. So, we kind of got bored, especially with the kids.
The location was great, right on the main road; the sea-front road. Food was great, in both restaurants: Chill and Rich. Staff was really cooperative, especially the hotel manager. Very friendly and helpful. rooms were clean. Rooms were spacious, especially the ones consisting of a double bed, two single beds and a sofa bed. Lighting was good.

GreeceWe would like to have the bathroom cleaned in a better way than it was. Moreover there were some noise coming from the next building that was renovated. The staff couldn't do anything about it, we acknowledge it, but it made our stay a bit noisy.
The staff was really nice and kind, and tried their best to make us feel comfortable. The breakfast was great and the location really close to the metro.

United KingdomI was bored out of my wit with TV. There was no satellite system so everything on TV was in Turkish or Arabic . I was grateful for a Netflix account. I didn't really enjoy the breakfast much.
The House keeping was spot on. My room was cleaned with new beddings, water, toiletories, and towels. Although I spoke no Turkish but the cleaning ladies were gracious and understanding . I had only one concerned moment where a staff member knocked my door at night.at 23:37 pm. It frightened the life out of me . I reported to the receptionist desk downstairs, the reason for the knock made no sense to me but I was reassured it will NOT happen again. Suleman was very helpful on my arrival to see me to my room, and thankfully he was there when I was leaving.
