The hotel was very modern and the room very spacious and comfortable. They organise activities for the same day on spot at the reception. We booked with them an ATV sunset ride and the private tour and they were both very nice. Breakfast was wonderful. We had as well dinner and drinks at the hotel restaurant and it was very good. Spa seemed nice but we did not have the chance to use it as we were busy all days long with activities outside.

All staff were lovely, friendly & helpful. Beautiful leafy shady setting Comfortable cabins all enjoy spectacular views over the bay & great privacy. Great breakfast from the restaurant deck, with mesmerising views of the many paragliding tandems, & watching the daily boat trips leave port. Definitely on our return list

Excellent service. The spa center was amazing, very clean, and private use of all facilities, including sauna and hamam. Great support by Ms. Melissa in the spa centar. Breakfast was very delicious too. Location close to metro station with direct connection to International Airport Istanbul.

All the staff were friendly & offered help readily with many things. Lift access...perfect Lovely views of the harbour & mosque from the glass enclosed roof terrace. Biggest seagulls in captivity. Good breakie

It is called a 5star hotel but the breakfast wasn't like that at all. The service was bad, the plates and silverware not clean. Instead of a spoon we got a wooden stick. The room as ok but nothing special for that price. The curtains were broken and the smell of a kitchen and noise of ventilators outside was really bad. We asked twice for room upstairs but say couldn't offer a change. Due to cats walking around we couldn't open the window. And instead of Garden View we had a view on roof tops. The garden was closed and the area around the swimming pool was under construction.

The AC didn’t work and we were told it’s switched off in the winter period. This led to the rooms getting quite stuffy and it’s too loud to open the windows
