Only a small thing but it says they have 24 hour room service but when we tried to order something at 11pm we were told we had to wait until midnight as you cannot order anything between 11 am and 12 am due to this thing staff change over time, very unusual and really satisfactory offering 24 hr room service

Everything about this hotel is incredible! The staff is kind and welcoming, they helped us with our excursions around Cappadocia. Hotel services are great, swimming in the indoor pool was a great experience and of course the cave rooms are unique! Thank you Carus for your hospitality!

The best hotel we stayed in our Turkey trip. Amazingly value for money. We were upgraded to a room with bathtub. Perfectly located. It has heated pool and sauna. My favourite was the breakfast- most expansive Turkish buffet breakfast we had. Beautiful views from terrace. We ordered in dinner one of the nights which was super delicious too.

The warm welcome of the team, the restaurant as well. The receptionist who welcomed us was very nice, I forgot her name but she was very nice to us. Fatma from the breakfast buffet was also really nice, thank you for the birthday surprise, I appreciate it a lot! 🩵 The place is highly recommended because there are a lots of restaurants nearby and also near the bus station.

You can hear the people outside of your room. We had a suite and there is a seating area next to our room where people had drinks at night and we could hear everything. The Hotel staff was kind enough to help but it’s definitely not a very quiet place.

The property itself is beautiful and stylish. There are lots of nice details, its a mix of old and new in a minimalistic way. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast is great and you have a lot of choices (also for vegetarians). You can watch the Balloons perfectly in the morning from the Hotel Rooftop.

The gritty stipple finishing on the walls and ceilings was continuously falling ie into our bags or with a noise onto the floor.

Our cave room did not have air conditioning which was very uncomfortable...however we were moved immediately, and this was handled superbly. I also thought the wine prices were possibly a bit high at Haruna was a touch high...we could have done with more variety (smaller issue though).

Beautiful hotel, lovely spa facilities, excellent breakfast, amazing restaurant on top floor, lovely views from upper terrace. The food at Haruna restaurant was superb!

The hotel was very modern and the room very spacious and comfortable. They organise activities for the same day on spot at the reception. We booked with them an ATV sunset ride and the private tour and they were both very nice. Breakfast was wonderful. We had as well dinner and drinks at the hotel restaurant and it was very good. Spa seemed nice but we did not have the chance to use it as we were busy all days long with activities outside.

When booking activities such as the balloon ride through the hotel, they were not clear with how it works when the balloon rides are cancelled due to weather and therefore we nearly missed out on the experience as had to then find another company ourselves with availability.

Our room was close to the road so slightly noisy but still we enjoyed our stay.

Convenient, beautiful, clean, provides great breakfast spread, friendly and helpful staffs. Shout out to Fatma, at the restaurant for her attentive service. There was not an order we asked from her that she missed. Excellent! The other staffs at the restaurant were also great and very helpful. Really made a difference to our stay here.

Beautiful amenities, incredible views from property especially the rooftop restaurant/terraces. The management and staff members were extremely helpful and friendly! We will definitely recommend this hotel to friends, family or anyone who is looking for the best stay in Goreme. You’re walking distance from literally Everything! We had a car rental, so the hotel provides designated valet parking in front of their hotel. They also will help organize day trips and activities for you during your stay. The spa amenities were great! Loved the pool and sauna.

The mattress and beds could have been better but not a deal breaker.

They have a fantastic restraunt with the most tasty food we had in Turkey, being vegetarian there was plenty to choose from. . View from the restraunt is beautiful. Extremely attentive staff from the reception to housekeeping. Fatama @ the restaurant was warm and attentive to all our needs. I'm not the kind who writes reviews but would highly recommend this place.

I think there could have been better lighting in the bathroom.

My dad and I stayed at Carus Hotel in April 2024 and it was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we stepped foot on the property, we were greeted with the warmest welcome, given a thorough tour of the premises, and provided with detailed descriptions of the tours available for us to indulge in. It was, hands down, the most exceptional hotel welcome we've ever experienced. The Carus team is outstanding! As it happened to be my birthday, the hotel went above and beyond by surprising me with a beautifully crafted birthday cake! Every aspect of our stay was truly wonderful.
