The staff at breakfast were quite slow and inattentive; we requested an omelet several times but never received it.

The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful, making our check-in process smooth and pleasant. The hotel’s facilities were impeccably clean and easily accessible. We would totally recommend this hotel when staying in Kadikoy.

the Jacuzzi could have been a bit cleaner the roof top bar was closed for refurbishment when we first arrived , but was open before we left I could not find stairs to the room floors , but didn't try to hard

The staff were very friendly and accommodating , Breakfast was superb , the bed was so comfy , the room was tastefully decorated and very clean through out the hotel . the spa, swimming pool and gym was fantastic.

The smelled of old cigarettes. One pool under renovation, the other one closed for a private arrangement and the last one opened was inside with clear blue skies and sun outside.

I regularly choose this hotel for my stay in Istanbul as it is really one of the best. Nice elegant design of the room, wonderful lobby area with terrace and always great hospitality. Thanks to the Hotel Management and all team for making our time here absolutely fabulous!

Terrace pool close 7PM. Terrace pool stairs was bad shape.

Really not much, but a suggestion perhaps! The coffee at breakfast - the property would save a lot of trouble if there were a station for people to get their own coffee, just like any other hotels, rather than have it served by waiters. I also have to say that the coffee was one of the worst we’ve ever tasted, definitely not at the caliber of such an hotel.

Rooms were extremely comfortable and as depicted in photos, the spa and pools were amazing, Kadikoy is about 15 minutes walk away and Istanbul European side in a 20 minutes metro ride. Breakfast is delicious, too! One highlight is the staff, however. Courteous, efficient, and service-oriented. I have to truly highlight Mehlik and the trainee Gokhan - amazing service! Thank you and I fully recommend it.

We had an outstanding experience at Wyndham Grand Kalamis! The hotel’s quality was exceptional, with comfortable rooms and excellent amenities. Eveything was sparkiling clean. Additionally, the staff at reception were professional, friendly, and hospitable, always ready to assist with a warm smile; Especially Anday Bey and Emircan Bey. Their attention to detail and willingness to help made our stay even more pleasant. Additionally, Yigit Bey at the concierge went above and beyond in making our stay enjoyable. He was more like a local friend than just a concierge, providing personalized recommendations and insider tips that truly enhanced our visit. Whether it was dining, sightseeing, or finding hidden gems, his guidance made all the difference. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay at Istanbul. We will definitely be returning as Wyndham Kalamis is more like a home for us <3

We were in Istanbul for 3 days, everything was perfect in this hotel ! The room are clean, amazing gym club, good pool + spa and the rooftop is impressive ! Moreover, there is the guy Yigit in charge of the conciergery, ask him everything and he will provide it to you ! He is kind, sympatic, great personn and very funny ! He’s the best ! Thank We’ll come back and recommend it to our friend !

Its a good hotel that you can stay there without any problems. Reception team was really helpful about my reservation. Also shout out for Eyyub from concierge he helped me about my second reservation and about the places that we should see. He is a very kind and gentle guy. Also his trainee Kumsal was there to guide us no question asked.

The location. It is not close to anything that there is to do in Istanbul. If you’re planning to visit the Blue Mosque, Sofia Hagia, grand bazaar, Galata tower/bridge … you will need to take transportation. We took 8 Ubers in 2 days to get to all the places that we wanted to see.

The hotel itself is beautiful, staff is GREAT! Our concierge Yigit was very helpful in offering different activities / restaurants, etc.
