Assalam Alikum, I stay with 2 toddler's. Extremely friendly and helpful staff! The rooms were big and clean. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast is excellent. Very good location to visit all of the attractions. Highly recommended for families!!” Specially thanks to staff again Shaheen & Kurshid and both managers to guide and help us for every thing.

Fantastic customer experience from the hotel staff - you are given a qr code linked to the hotel so you can contact them if you are struggling , it links to where you are and gives you info.5 in to metro, ferry station and what are you looking for.

The hospitality was beyond our expectations! the manager and staff were very welcoming and made us feel appreciated. and kadiköy is amazing place,i’ve solo traveled for over 20 years and this was my greatest experience.

the room had a very unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. The shower room showed signs of wear and tear, the room's balcony door could not be closed because it was broken, so we had to sleep with the door open, the room was not welcoming, we wanted to leave as soon as possible.

The room was very, very small. The bathroom was very, very small. The beds were not made, and the room not cleaned during our stay. The staff were not very helpful. The breakfast was below average. There was no warning about the wedding reception, which meant loud music until midnight.
