Our room was situated to the last floor so you have access to the terrace on the roof for the smokers is perfect enjoying good weather and a glass of wine. Reception guy very welcoming and give us maximum of information and the cleaning lady very very helpful and make her best to feel comfortable in the room.

It can be noisy at night. But, in the end, it is like that in the whole area around Taksim. I don't think any room has a view. This was unimportant to us because we spent a little time in the room, and from the terrace on the roof there is a nice view of the Bosphorus.

The staff were very helpful (although there is no one at the reception in the morning and late evening, there is a phone where the manager can be reached and he always answered quickly). The rooms were clean. Breakfast is in a nearby cafe and it was delicious.

Great location, steps from istiqlal and the shopping area. Accessible to sultanAhmet via public transport. Comfortable rooms with sufficient space. Fantastic staff who were very helpful for my family. Cihan, Arthur, Meleh were awesome. Highly recommended!

Annoying noise from the street because there are many restaurants around the hotel

The location is excellent. It is just in Taksim Square ,you just open the door, and you are there . Mr Meilh was very nice to us , he helped us a lot he did his best , also Mr Artur The WiFi is excellent as you are at home. The place is save , The rooms were clean and comfortable , we had a nice balcon with fresh air Breakfast was excellent Also, there is wildcaferesturant excellent food and good price. I advise you to try it just close to the hotel You can go anywhere to Istanbul. Every adventure is close to you Again, location and location were excellent The service was excellent

It was very tiring to walk up all the steps to the top. Also, the heater stopped working so well after a while and it got quite cold at night.

It was good quality for the price. The rooms were clean, as were the shower and the toilet. There was a kettle and shower gel was also available, so you didn't have to buy a new one. The reception was also very friendly and helpful. The location is very central, so you can get everywhere easily.

Very small problem- no elevator and cleaning could be better.

The location of the hotel was perfect, just a few steps away from the centre of Istiklal street, very close to get to other places in Istanbul too like Galata, Eminönü, Beşiktaş, etc. The staff were amazing, especially Arthur, and did everything they could to please me. The room was spacious and facilities were all working and new, including the television, shower, jacuzzi, and air conditioner. Pleased with this hotel :)

The first night we had to spend the night at the neighboring hotel, it was not as good. We didn't need to move our stuff just pick up the key. The rooms are good, but the pictures are a bit off the reality.

The location is great, all main attractions are in walking distance. The staff was friendly and always with a smile on their faces, also always helped out when help was needed.

The door handle was not working well when being opened with the room card key, which is quite troublesome for a while. They finally change it with the manual door key. The bathroom has no door (and we are travelling with the kids), so you can imagine.

The location is good. Easy to catch taxi not so far from the hotel.

Wonderful room and extremely friendly staff. Very central and easy to find when I was walking about. The breakfast was great too, at a local cafe just around the corner. Booked a taxi for my return to the Airport and even walked me to the pick-up point.

Our driver had a difficult time finding the hotel...not sure if it was due to GPS directions, or the tucked-away nature of the hotel. Either way, we got there and loved our stay.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. It was in easy walking distance to many cafes. (We were only there a very short time and didn't need to get around much.) The room was much larger than we expected...with not only a bed, but a sofa, too. Very clean. Very comfortable bed and pillows. And, a great shower!! (Also, air-conditioning!) There is a rooftop balcony with a view of the sea...especially nice at night.

Our family booked three different rooms for five nights. The location was perfect! Very walkable to the Bospherus and all other highlights! Méti and Arthur were excellent hosts. Each time we left or entered the hotel they were eager to ask if we needed anything to make our stay more comfortable. The rooms were beautifully appointed, spacious and clean. I don’t normally write reviews, but felt compelled to share how much we enjoyed our stay.
