The rooms are very small and the room that we booked was not given, air conditioning was not working and cleanliness was a question. The team cleaned the room and provided fresh towels after asking multiple times.

The location of the hotel is ideal you can easily travel to different parts of the city. Public transport is near and accessible also the hotel is surrounded by shops and restaurants.

One of the beds was making a terrible noice but luckily I sleep only at night during the day I am out.

The hotel is nearby everything metro and bus station, restaurants and coffee shops and also a lot of clothes and gift stores. For the people who are waiting a service of 5 stars hotel, you get what you pay for, the important thing is the location is very close to everythig and so convenient really, hotel has also breakfast included. For the hotel staff they are helpful and smiling. For small budget people really go for this hotel, you won't regret it.

The bedsheets and pillows cases had some stains on it. The bathroom a bit too small but you get what you pay.

Well, it's not just at this hotel, but almost everywhere in Istanbul - smell of cigarette smoke... I got it in my room and have to admit, it bothered me quite a lot... Apart from this fact, the rest was fine...

The location of the hotel is excellent, right on the famous Istiklal Street and so close to the underground station as well... As for the hotel itself, the breakfast was very sustainable and tasty...

The location is very central and made it very easy to get food late in the evenings and be able to just buy anything.

The double bed room is much smaller than you think. On arrival we were moved to another room (which was awesome) due to a fly infestation (less awesome), but the way that the cleaning staff did the move was terrible, they basically threw everything out of the room we were in and then left us in the hallway without a new room to move to. Reception staff came to the rescue.

The breakfast is really good! The location is great if you want to visit one of Istanbul's busiest shopping streets. The reception staff are amazing.

I booked as Genius present one large bedroom ==> I received a normal bedroom that was not expected Reply from the hotel: It was a bug I contacted immediately booking but no reply from them too until now !!

Very good & safe location. As a lone female traveller I was pleased as the hotel was near taxim square and the main road was busy 24/24 so I was able to return back to hotel late without using a taxi and I waa feeling perfectly safe The hotel was having everything I needed and the breakfast was very rich and fresh

They didn't clean the room every day, we asked to clean once, and the bin in the bathroom was full when we came back.
