The hotel is in need of MAJOR renovations. At best, it us a 2-star hotel. The only redeeming quality is the beach and restaurant area which seemed to be leased space . The passageways smell horrible, the pool water was a lime green color. The bathroom have mold. The manager tried to convince me that the mold was dirt. As one the is allergic to mold, I definitely know the smell and what it looks like. We also had to ask for the toilet seat to be changed. We were told that the hotel is renovation annually.which is difficult to believe. I booked 6 rooms for 3 nights. After one night, I moved the entire group to another hotel forfeiting the funds paid. Do not be fooled by the 4-star rating and other reviews.

Breakfast is great. varieties of food, well presented and tasty. Staff cooked perfect omelets Room is clean and beds are comfortable. The air-conditioning was too cold for me, and the engineer was able to fix the problems within an hour. Staff are warm and friendly. Location is great for us to walk across to visit my family and the shopping malls.

The actual room was pleasant. The location with it's closeness to the train and relative location close to nightlife was also good.

The view.. there was a building 1m away from the balcony. Rooms like this should be cheaper, or stated as having zero view. The immediate surrounding area is targeted towards middle Eastern clientele. Not much Thai about it. The check-in process also seemed to take longer than it should.

Not much to dislike. The pool, is lovely; however, in full view of people at tables? Dreadful design and is difficult to relax there with voyeurs. The shower cubicle could do with hooks.

I don’t recommend this place at all. First of all we were 3 girls and the room was very small. When we opened the suitcases, no room left for walking. The sink is in the room and the bathroom is in the toilet so when you taking shower the water is flowing near the toilet. No safe at all. We Arrived and the sink was sinking. They fixed it but then the sink hasn’t drained. All of our stay it was like that despite being told to them few time. In the third day we had to brush teeth in the bathroom because the sink was full and we were afraid it would leak. It wasn’t fixed until our departure. There were loud noises even in the middle of the night from our bathroom and next door ones. Also the bed was broken and in the first day they didn’t clean our room because they forgot to put us a sign. The pool had kids swimming lessons in the middle of the day so we couldn’t be there.

There were so many ants and other bugs in our room it was kinda disgusting. We can understand that there are bugs in the living area outside but it’s not nice to have so many of them in the bedroom and bathroom. The WiFi was also very bad.
