Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomBreakfast is not great. The Thai food is generally fine, but the Western food is not good and would only be rated 3 out of 10 We stayed 12 nights and not super impressed to be charged 500 baht for late check out.
The location is excellent. Arise Hotel has a nice laid-back feeling but is still functioning well. Washing machine in the room is a great idea. Our one bed suite worked very well, also nice kitchen area with full size fridge freezer (never seen that before in a hotel)

This is our 4 or 5 times coming back to stay in this hotel because of the location and price is value to stay. Next door has a famous Thai noodle shop, 7-11 is right in front of the hotel, BTS and huge shopping mall just few minutes away.

AustraliaNo other TV channel in the living room. Only few channels selection in the bedroom. The bathroom design is not good enough, the shower head holder was broken and made everywhere wet easily.
The location and the room are worth for money. I like the size of the room. The bedroom is perfect for me. It's clean and I believe Azrie is target for Japanese customer so the room is so cozzy.

MalaysiaThe room booked had a washing machine but no drying function. This does not make sense. The breakfast selection was not kept warm. It was cold each time I had breakfast. I requested for a queen bed but they put 2 single beds together to make it a queen size. Not comfortable at all.

CanadaThe washer/dryer combo doesn't dry clothes. Also they tried to charge me for a "damaged" towel and pillowcase without even washing it saying it was stained. Not sure how something can be stained without being washed. On the final morning of our stay, the food for breakfast was cold. They did not have any burners under the food. This was at 7am.
I like that it's so close to the BTS and malls. Also that it has breakfast and a full kitchen.

ThailandIn need of an update. Tired furniture. Kitchen equipment is non existent. Shower leaks all over the bathroom floor. A small investment back into this property will make a big difference. We have stayed here many times over the years and hope to do so in the future. Small negatives, but we still recommend this hotel to friends and colleagues.

ThailandI didn't like the breakfast which neither looked fresh nor appetizing. The room didn't absord the sound. I heard people next door chatting during the night. The cable TV didn't offer many channels, only those for the Japanese. I didn't recommend for family or a group of friends.
