The only thing I can think of was that the bathroom didn’t have a window to open or any type of ventilation system, which made it an extremely humid place, especially after showering. For me, that still wouldn’t be a reason to not recommend the place!

The beautiful guesthouse is located about 10 minutes from the Sunday night market, a supermarket (7/11) and isn’t far and there is many nice little cafes in the area. The host was very friendly and helped us with everything we needed.

A truły lovely place. If you want to stay away from hotels this place is a good choice. Only 6 rooms, very cosy and peaceful. Very nice interiors, feels like a home away from home.

Exceptional stay in Chiang Mai! La Mama took such great care of us. When she noticed that we hadn’t made it to breakfast, she made sure to ask us whether we would like to take breakfast with us when heading out for early tours the rest of the stay. That was so kind! The location is so close to the centre and is in a quiet area which is perfect. The pool is clean and the temperature is perfect for cooling down. If you’re thinking of booking here, do it. We loved it and would definitely return 💛

The manager never wears a smile; Other staff don’t speak any English; Very limited breakfast; Quite noisy in the morning because of the boxing training next door.

You can hear footsteps of the people in the top room but this is no issue to us. There was also no tv but this id okay.

Quiet and nice location, we had a very relaxing time. We were looked after by the kindest aunty. Breakfast was amazing and a delight to wake up to. The pool was nice and the amenities were very chill. The aunty advised us we can use the bike for free so we went for a morning ride to the public park.

    nothing

Very aesthetic and comfortable everything is thoughtful and sustainable there’s the pest control light that kept me mosquito free inside my room, hair dryer with heat control, glass bottles of drinking water, fluffy duvet with soft and hard pillows, full body mirror and sufficient orange lights in the room, a clothes rack and some wooden baskets of mid-length stay tidiness free working bicycle so you can roam Old City, markets by the Gates or near by. there’s very nice lobbies and balconies that I didn’t use as its hottest summer time, but it’s very nice wooden tone with white furnitures. it makes me want to stay in the room more than go out have fun!! Location wise it is great!! there’s Over and Over coffee that starts at 6am if you have early itinerary before it gets hot it’s right behind Chang Pham Gate for easy accessibility to out of old city. it’s quite near Nimman. if you gym or Muay there’s a gym next to you also.

Lots of mosquitoes so sitting by the pool isn't relaxing, maybe a large fan would be a good solution

A small hotel with a nice garden, very calm and relaxed. Close to good restaurants and shops. Staff is very hospitable.

The big downside was that no one was ever at the reception desk, making it impossible to ask for any tips or requests. However, it was possible to arrange everything by telephone.

The location was the biggest plus, the hotel was within a km to the centre and the night market. The staff were a sweetheart and always tried to do their best.

We had a problem with the shower head that wasn't fixed. This made water pressure low and it was difficult to have a descent shower. The bathroom door couldn't be properly closed.

The place is really nice. The location is good. The room is spacious and nicly decorated. They have free bikes. Parking.

Shower wasn't super hot but that didn't really matter because it was hot outside.

Staff (Thank you Queen!) was so helpful and communicative. Room was beautiful and comfortable with private balcony. Location was great -- close enough to the city center where I could walk anywhere or flag down a taxi, but far enough away that it was quiet and peaceful. A/C was very strong. Would definitely recommend to anyone!
