I really recommend staying at Tembo Beach Club if you are planning a trip to Ko Samui. The hotel seems to be brand new, everything is clean and well designed. The staff is very nice and helpful. I was really positively surprised by the level of quality of this hotel (large & quiet room, nice swiping pool area with direct access to the beach). It is an incredible value for money. Really affordable luxurious boutique hotel. The breakfast was very good. I recommend the Continental Set if you are staying there. The music played next to the pool in the afternoon is very chill and not so loud (unlike what I read prior to my stay). The hotel is very well located (close to many cafés, restaurants).

If I have to find one improvement area that would be offering Fresh juice for the breakfast but other than that everything was perfect. If I could give more than 10 I would.

* Location; * Pool; * View from rooftop; * Quite place to stay; * Many places to eat near the beach, Butterfly (that one not far, tasty and cheap by the same time) or cross the road n go to Andy (prices almost the same like on the beach); * Smart TV, also other electric devices are working.; * Good feedback, host almost all time online.

* Before choosing this accomodation check posted photos and compare it with what was posted in booking by property and in case all that thing will be ok for ya go ahead or later somehow u will be a bit disapointed on check-in time; * Info about deposit was given coup hours before check-in (3000THB/100USD or passport), in booking was no info about it on that time; * Rooms need fix works (Esp toilet door cuz it dont work well, wardrobe door also dont work well, paint coating of the many stuff are old); * Photos of the room show different one from which you will get in real (washing mashine on balcony, photos of the room located on 1st floor, we get room on 3rd floor); * We have lived here for 5 days n electrisity bill was 640 TBH (80 kWh, by the way official price per kWh in Thailand 3,9-4,68 TBH per kWh), on average 128 TBH per day, just use aircondition while we was in the room and night time (so u need prepare some extra money on the check out day, that info was on booking so its not - or +); * Ants in the kitchen area; * Hydro massage in the pool broken; * Building need cosmetic fix works or reinovation.

Very helpful staff, ready to assist with all your needs. Breakfast is good, no complaints. Location is also very good - near to Sukhumvit malls, walking distance to Robinson and Terminal 21, 1-2 BTS stops to other malls.

There should be some shades/umbrellas on the roof, arround the pool - it gets too hot under direct sun rays during the day.

The staff doesn't speak English. Only one out of 3 guys at the reception who worked in shifts could communicate. The AC in my room was broken and it took ages to explain that I needed to change the room, I had to touch a puddle of water on the floor and show my fingers to do that. I couldn't get any info about buses, the staff were not friendly. I've spent 5 days at the guesthouse and there was no cleaning at all, even when I asked for that.
