Booked a junior suite for 3 adults - excellent value for money. Rooms were very large and comfortable. Bathroom had a huge jacuzzi plus walk in shower. Staff were absolutely brilliant with recommendations for restaurants and excursions. We were only there for 2 nights/3 days and the staff helped us book trips at short notice. Couldn't ask for a better location either. Seriously impressed with The Wing Boutique Hotel and exceeded all expectations

I think accommodating requests from the guests like I was requesting for a flat iron and they said they couldn’t provide since it was borrowed by another guest from the other day and they have not returned it. Either they have more irons or they should ask all guests to return it after usage.

I like that the location is far from the buzz and noise; but at the same time you can still walk to the night markets. And there are good restaurants nearby. The staff were great too! They have recommended good tours. And they have booked a ride for me to the airport when I was having challenges getting one. And bed and pillows are so comfortable.

You get 2 bottles of complimentary water each day, but if you don't ask for your room to be cleaned then you have to ask reception for the water (and toilet roll). This was only a very small thing though and didn't affect my stay at all. Only other small thing was that the light switches didn't seem to work properly. The bedside lights didn't work so I had to put my phone torch on to turn off the lights by the door so I could then get into bed.

Great hotel in Chiang Mai! Room was nice and spacious, with a big open shower bathroom which was great. Water pressure was up and down but this didn't affect anything really. The staff were great - so attentive and friendly. The bed was also super comfy and huge. Air con was perfect and I was able to set it as I wanted it. Would recommend!

There's a humidity problem and the rooms are prone to mould. We could see the mould in the bathroom and even in our AC which emitted a bad smell when we turn it on... However we reported it to the staff and when we came back it was all thoroughly cleaned :)

Great stay at the heart of Chiang Mai. Super helpful staff, available 24/7. Our room was clean and cozy with a super comfy bed. There's also complimentary coffee and snacks served for breakfast - we didn't try it but we found it nice!
