Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaIn Term of TV my only complaint there was no English Channel even though the say press English only will take you in French Channel but is not big deal without it for me after a long day outdoor I like to turn the TV and see what's going on in the world I've just watch on my IPad.since no English Channel but hopefully in the future they'll add the English channel when we are there guest mostly Caucasian.
Location is good and is in quite area but if you want a little noise Khoasan Rd is where all the action where Bars and Street Foods Stalls about 15 min.walk.

TurkeyStayed 2 times at this hotel. Rated 10/10 for the main building and 6/10 for the second building. In the main - electronic lock, access to the room directly from the elevator, fresh renovation, good furniture, everything is very comfortable. In the second building we had a room on the top floor, in that building there is no elevator and suitcases had to drag on a narrow sloping staircase through the roof and tech zone, it was not very comfortable. The room itself was very inferior in comfort to the rooms in the main building. The staff are excellent, polite, helped with everything. The hotel itself is located within walking distance of the busy tourist area, but it is very quiet all around, plus it has its own green garden with dining area.

SpainThey just bring water and coffe the day you arrive. The old part of the hotel is that, old, so you cannot expect a lot. There are not common areas, and the ones they have are outside, so you cannot really stay during day or night (mosquitos)
We were on a long stay (19 days). The Wi fi was good and the location is really good but it is on a quite area. You have 2 coffe places near and some restaurants in 5/10 minutes. They added an extra table that we needed because we were working there. They clean the room all days if you ask for.

It is an easy walk down to action on the street but it is a quiet neighborhood. It’s an easy walk to the ferry. I would stay here anytime the place is fresh and clean. Well painted fantastic bathroom the lady at the front desk. Anna was so kind.

Absolute hidden gem in Bangkok, renovated and modern style. Comfy beds and good location, walkable distance to the pier for the orange line and also close to major touristic attractions. Good restaurants nearby. Super clean and friendly employees. WiFi connection strong and the tv is with internet so you can watch Netflix.

Nice, very clean room with big, comfortable bed, good air conditioning, kettle. Big fridge near reception with beers and cold drinks at very good price - pay at reception! Friendly staff, there was a tour desk in the grounds but they didn't impose! Such a calm and quiet place with a little garden, close to the river - about 10 minutes walk to the nearest pier. Also chairs on the roof. Easy access to bars and restaurants and a laundry. Lovely place to spend our last couple of days in Thailand!

The hotel is located in a quiet residential suburb, close to khaosan busy area, shops and restaurants and Main Street to catch cabs. The staff are friendly and very helpful. WiFi worked perfectly. AC was good.
