Really great that there is a washing machine on the balcony. The electric is charged seperately but the price is fair. Beds are comfy and rooms are spacious with all the kitchen amenities. Would happily stay again !

I found the location to be less than ideal due to the limited availability of grocery stores, offering a poor selection.

There's a nice swimming pool and gym in the facility. There are charming local restaurant in front of entrance, providing a cozy atmosphere and reasonably priced options.

The location was perfect for my needs. Great view of the water from the rooftop pool, rooftop pool was clean and perfectly kept. Dual air-conditioning system was more than sufficient, elevator was handy and speedy. The underbuy parking area was handy for visitors.

Some insects presented, especially around kitchen and balcony. Once there was an invasion of numbers of little flys. Just close curtains and do not let them see the light in your windows and everything would be okay. Since there is no apartment map, photos can present apartment a little differently. Kitchen should be renovated. It is quite old and has a lot of wear signs. Storages and cupboards don’t have enough shelves. If you consider living here for a long time (a month and more) it can turn out to be a problem.

Wonderful place for lazy tourists who are looking for a quiet place with an easy access to beach and swimming pool. The view from the window (room 612) and from the roof is unforgettable! Accommodation administrator was very helpful, and helped us with our responses immediately. Housekeeping was once a week.

Quite and comfortable place for living. ~8 minutes away from a beach, 7-eleven in 4 minutes walk. Staff is very friendly, swimming pool is good.

There was no cleaning!! Also the building was full with families and babies so it was very loud. The walls had no soundproofing. We had to pay the electricity bill later separately which is s bit annoying.

It is a full apartment with 2 bedrooms a full kitchen and big bathroom. The surin beach was 5 min away and the place was 3min from a supermarket. You need a bike if you want to get around!

No territory near the building to chill

Very cozy and convenient rooms, which have everything inside, including washing machine and toaster. The beach is 500 m away. Have family mart in 2 min walk, and bike rent and a few restaurants.

* Before choosing this accomodation check posted photos and compare it with what was posted in booking by property and in case all that thing will be ok for ya go ahead or later somehow u will be a bit disapointed on check-in time; * Info about deposit was given coup hours before check-in (3000THB/100USD or passport), in booking was no info about it on that time; * Rooms need fix works (Esp toilet door cuz it dont work well, wardrobe door also dont work well, paint coating of the many stuff are old); * Photos of the room show different one from which you will get in real (washing mashine on balcony, photos of the room located on 1st floor, we get room on 3rd floor); * We have lived here for 5 days n electrisity bill was 640 TBH (80 kWh, by the way official price per kWh in Thailand 3,9-4,68 TBH per kWh), on average 128 TBH per day, just use aircondition while we was in the room and night time (so u need prepare some extra money on the check out day, that info was on booking so its not - or +); * Ants in the kitchen area; * Hydro massage in the pool broken; * Building need cosmetic fix works or reinovation.

The room was a little smaller than expected but that’s okay!

The views from the pool were spectacular. There were many shops nearby and the Muay Thai gym was within walking distance. Parking was easier and convenient.

- Once you book they tell you you need to pay the electricity extra. Where have you seen this in a hotel or Airbnb?! - You have to give 2000 baht for the deposit so they know you will pay the electricity bill. Additionally, the day before checking out we need to be at the room at 17:00 to check the electricity counter. So don't plan to do any trips the day before your check out. Is it so hard to make the hotel room 5€ more expensive and save this headache to the customer? They would still make profit. - In order to check in, they will contact you on WhatsApp. There is no possibility to talk with someone from the apartment if it's not via WhatsApp/Call. - The deposit is also in case you break something. Funny thing: There are already 3/4 things broken in the room so you need to take pictures to make sure they don't charge it to you .

Pool is nice - but there is Photoshop in the picture they show: there is a dirty crystal fence for security

The apartment requires to fix the issues with pressure of water. Aircon (outside block) is placed on the balcony, so when aircon is turned on it’s impossible to sit on the balcony. The doors of bathroom and wardrobe require to be renewed (doesn’t slide fluently).Might be noisy from road.

Cozy place to stay for short time. the building of condo is quite new. Nice cafe with breakfasts is located across the street. Close to supermarket - 3 mins walk.
