The only issue I hace were the prices of the onsite restaurants. Also on the last night we were there we went to have dinner at the restaurant closer to the beach as we had done the previous night. The first night it was excellent however on the second night my wife sat down to wait for me and the staff member that appoached her with the menus was extremely rude, did not reply to my wife greeting, yes it was the customer greeting first, and just put the menus on the table without even making eye contact or saying a word. This made us feel really unwellcome and was a bit of a down for the night.

Location, breakfast and beach area were excellent. I was looking for a quiet place with a beach and this resort is exactly that. The staff and the food at the italian restaurant, excellent dinner and excellent service. Some of their colleagues from the beach restaurant should come and learn from them.

The room was big but lack views, I think i was overcharged for additional breakfast for two children(300 tbh). During check-out, the reception offer a lower price for the other family(250). Bad business practice. I would rate 10/10 if this wasnt the case. It left bad impression

Room service Could have been cleaner - balcony was never mopped in 8 days. Could have been more restaurants - only one beachside and found a hair in my food one day.

I was a little disappointed that they wanted to charge to use the foosball games and pool tables. It's a really nice resort and to want 10 TBH to play a game of Foosball seems cheesy to charge for basic amenities. The pool chase lounges are very uncomfortable. But overall, it was a great experience and will happily return.

Food quality at the restaurant could've been better. Service was a very slow and could have been better.

They allowed early check-in and showed special consideration as we had elderly parents with us. Breakfast was excellent. Plenty of options to choose from and tasty as well. Swimming pools were clean and well maintained. About 5 min walk from the main beach

While the food tasted great, the service at the restaurant was not so good. Some people didn’t speak enough english, you would ask for a non spicy sauce and it would come with ground chili, one day they forgot to bring my food and when ai asked for it it arrived cold.

Location is bit far from the city center and not much around the hotel. If you wanna just stay on the beach it’s great. Some facilities are worn out.

Laundry bag was not free. Resort staff take it back . They forced me return bag or pay. Since Resort staff objected for laundry bag then I wanted to pay for shower cap and ear buds which I used. Let the Resort inform me how much to pay

Great location. The rooms we got were renovated nicely. Nice and very relaxing atmosphere. Staff were very attentive and helpful, especially Khun Nok ( the manager on duty)

More activities can be considered. Ping pong table, snookers were present and fun. More of that would help spending nice time in the hotel.

Nice hotel with beautiful beach. Pools were also nice and clean. Breakfast was quite rich. Nice to have a restaurant in the hotel with reasonable prices. The rooms and bath were quite spacious.
