Positive section of review
The hotel was a great location, good for getting about the area. Plenty of bars and restaurants round about an 5 minute walk from the tube station. Hotel was clean, fresh towels every day. Front desk staff were really friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay at Brown’s Downtown on my next visit to lisbon.

The hotel is very clean, the room facilities are complete, the bed and quilt are very comfortable and soft! The food at the a la carta restaurant is very delicious and plentiful, and the sandwiches at the bar are delicious! Most importantly, the restaurant staffs are very good! 👍❤️

A nice modern hotel, well located near two metro stations on Lisbon's green line. Great selection at breakfast and a nice shower in the bathroom. Staff were all super accommodating too. I'd recommend for a short stay for sure!

Fairly small rooms and pillows are incredibly soft - too soft in fact as they just felt like resting my head on a scrunched up blanket, but that's just personal taste of course.

Very clean and spacious apartment. Location was very central. The pool was great.

Each morning at 8.05am we were awoken by the construction work that was adjoining our apartment. Literally had a hammer going continuously in the room adjoining ours. Was so bad we could not stay in the apartment. This was extremely annoying and frustrating. For the cost of our stay this should have made known to us beforehand so we could make an informed decision. We had young children with us so this unbearable noise was very unpleasant.
