Our stay was even better than I’d hoped for. Great location, fabulous views from the terrace, loved the flexibility of the room, and the reception staff were charming. Porto is fabulous.

Each morning at 8.05am we were awoken by the construction work that was adjoining our apartment. Literally had a hammer going continuously in the room adjoining ours. Was so bad we could not stay in the apartment. This was extremely annoying and frustrating. For the cost of our stay this should have made known to us beforehand so we could make an informed decision. We had young children with us so this unbearable noise was very unpleasant.

The pool hours are only till 7, so after a day of sightseeing and dinner we missed it which was a bummer and I didn’t know beforehand that that would be the case. The water in the shower stayed hot for only one person to shower, and there were 3 of us. The upstairs shower was so narrow (maybe 2.5 or 3 square feet) that for even a slender female it was hard to move around without banging my elbows into the glass walls, but the downstairs bathroom had plenty of space. Stairs to second floor in the loft are quite steep and narrow but it wasn’t an issue for me but could be for someone older or overweight.

Loved the restaurant, was great food and the staff was genuinely friendly and helped everyone with the same amount of detail. If you can reserve a table and let yourself be amazed by this team.

The days I was staying it was wet and a bit cold . A heater in the room would have great as there was a slight draft coming from the windows

The pool closing at 7:00 was a sight bummer but understandable

Gorgeous location right near lots of attractions. The staff was marvelous. The view off the balcony was my absolute favorite. Looking over the city, river and beautiful bridge was unbelievable. The staff Diego especially was so accommodating and helpful throughout our trip and even helped us book a trip to vineyards.

I loved the property but 2 things to watch out for: the lift broke down as few times during our 2 night stay. And although the location is amazing, right in the midst of the old Jewish Quarter with amazing views of the city, there is a price to pay: lots of steep walks up and down from the hotel to the river ! But busses are close by and don’t require too much effort!

I loved the location and the fact that right in the midst of the historic city, the accommodation has a shared swimming pool and garden! The staff were also very friendly and helpful!

Very minor - pillows were too thick and firm for me (that’s just a personal thing). Only reason for not giving 10 was the garden view was a bit tidy.

The location was great, down a quant quiet street walkable to everything, although it took a while to get our bearings. The apartment was stylish, Spotlessly clean and spacious. Coffee machine and pods available (nice touch) and well equipped kitchenette. The pool area was a bonus but we didn’t get the chance to enjoy it as there was just too much to see and experience on a short break.

Central city location, quite street, within walking distance to almost all attractions/shopping. The staff is welcoming, kind and responsive. Apartment itself was exactly like website pictures: specious, clean and had everything we needed. Beautiful view over the town and river. I would highly recommend this hotel!

It's rare for properties to exceed expectations these days. Usually you get an airbnb and they squeeze you dry in terms of cost and labor with very little in return except a place to sleep. At first I was a little confused about what this was...a hotel? an airbnb? It seems like some kind of hybrid. But the service was excellent, the location was incredible - quiet street right but in the middle of the hustle and bustle - lots of places around us to eat and drink and hang and an incredible view nearby.

Unfortunately we did have a cockroach in the bathroom maybe because we were the garden apartment. We were also awakened in the middle of the night by a leak of hot water pouring down from an apartment two floors up. It was after staff had left and unfortunately there was no one to deal with it. The property would benefit by an emergency number should anything similar occur in the future but all in all a lovely apartment and very good value

The apartment was well located in the centre of Porto, cleaned every day which we didn’t expect and had all the facilities for a 5 day stay. The outside terrace was very spacious and nice
